This is the Best chicken kitchen in Town the only one you can go and feel that they respect the original recipe I been a costumer for more than 10
Years of this Restaurant and you notice the big difference between locations food it’s made with love it’s tasty on point the place it’s clean and organized I went to another locations around the area and the place doesn’t look clean, food it’s not good like it was before at all the quality went down a lot!!! In this location the Team it’s super friendly and service it’s great 1000 points to this team and the store manager who keep the store with the best quality super recommended location thank you guys!!! The menu is very deceiving; they charged me $60 for 3 salads full of lettuce and about 3oz of chicken. It states the make your own salad with chicken included is $11.89, lies. Complete rip off and they don’t tell you anything is extra, it’s not on the menu either. I called to ask why I was charged so much and she said everything is extra and the only thing included with the make your own is lettuce! completely ridiculous. Full disclosure is a must. Deceiving your customers is very bad for business. Won’t be returning.

This Chicken Kitchen is awesome. It is always super clean and organized. Food never disappoints me, considering that we buy food at least 3 times a week. The manager and the lady (typically there during the week) are great. They exceed their customer service. I definitely recommend this location!!

I was so excited to see a Chicken Kitchen open up near me, especially since I’ve been a fan of their original location for over 30 years. I have fond memories of their food and was really looking forward to enjoying the same quality and experience. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of the standard set by other locations I’ve been to.
Now, I understand that times have changed—prices have gone up, and portions have gone down since the pandemic. That’s just the way the world is now. But for me to order the Bazooka Chop-Chop (which is supposed to include guacamole) and be handed what looks like a teaspoon of guacamole is just insulting. The only difference between the Bazooka Chop-Chop and the less expensive options is the addition of guacamole, and to be served such a pitiful amount when I’m paying extra is unacceptable.
The prices here are astronomical for what you get, and the portions don’t justify the cost. I really wanted to love this place, but the quality, value, and attention to detail are simply not on par with the Chicken Kitchen I know and love. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a steep decline, especially from a restaurant I’ve been loyal to for decades.
Until they can address these issues, I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

I’m thrilled about the new Chicken Kitchen location near my house! Their chicken is the best healthy, flavorful, and always cooked to perfection. I especially love their famous curry mustard sauce. Jorge and the staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and always provide great service. Thank you for such an amazing dining experience! I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Not bad but pretty mid considering price and that you get better food at either the Fritanga next door or a pub sub from Publix next door. Not a lot of different topping options for bowls. Service was good and restaurant is clean.

This new location is exceptional! I went to grab some dinner and all the food was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this location. The manager Daniela (I might be off on the name) was warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!

Hello everyone, I honestly dont recommend the customer service in this place the manager has a bad attitude last time I came in with my aunt she was very rude but at least the server Ericka its nice and kind. Im impressed to see how long the manager has last knowing she has a terrible customer service and not just that her body language its so unfriendly. The day I went there the district manager was in the store and as well he is super rude screaming out loud the workers name and when I request the code for the bathroom sarcastically he said if I was buying food at the store which obviously I was. I dont recommend this place unless they do a change in the management team.
