The place was very clean, and the service was great. Our server was wonderful and kept such a positive, high energy the entire time, which made the experience even better!

Their food is delicious and they have Amazing Customer Service!!! (Thank you Cindy!!!)
We usted to go to the chicken kitchen on Kendall Dr and 107 Av and we loved the food, but couldn’t stand their customer service, it’s horrible and non existent. We are so glad to have found this one.
Yummy! 🙂

I have not been to a Chicken Kitchen in over 10 years and from reading the menu it was not clear to me that toppings are NOT included in the teriyaki chicken. So I paid $10 for literally chicken and rice, and a half of a pita bread. The chicken was ok but can’t believe they charge extra for lettuce and tomato. The customizability of the toppings bar seems to be a whole highlight of this place.

Finally chicken kitchen is back. All the other CK around Miami have gone down in quality and cleanliness so I stopped going for years. Gave this new one a shot and I’m glad I did. Everything is fresh and they have large portions. The sauces are no longer watered down and you can actually taste the curry in the curry mustard.

Always the best chicken and salad bowls ever. I am a super fan of Chicken Kitchen and I always get the Cuban or Mexican small bowl, for $10 you really can’t beat it. Get the white sauce and spicey verde sauce for a killer combo. All locations in South FL offer excellent service and food quality. I recently moved to Melbourne and I still come back to eat it whenever I’m in town.

This chicken kitchen is in the Winn Dixie plaza at the corner of Sunset and Galloway in miami. It’s got plenty of parking, is easy to find, and the food is fresh, reliably good, and fast. The inside is always clean, it is freezing though and when you stand at the counter to pay or place your order there is a strong arctic wind from the AC vent overhead. Bring a sweater if you plan to eat inside. They always give you as many sauces as you want and don’t skimp on portion sizes. Staff are very friendly. We go often.

I’ve been a customer of this location since it opened and even had the pleasure of meeting the franchise owner early on—he was friendly, professional, and made a great impression. That’s the main reason I decided to give this place a second chance after a disappointing experience a few weeks ago.

On my first visit (2-3 weeks ago), I ordered takeout around noon. It was understandably busy, and I waited about 15–20 minutes, which I had no issue with. However, when I went to pay and selected the “no tip” option on the kiosk, the cashier’s attitude shifted immediately. She let out a loud “woooow,” mumbled something in Spanish to her coworker, and rolled her eyes. I left the restaurant feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. While I typically don’t tip for counter service unless it’s exceptional, I am always a generous tipper when dining in.

Out of respect for the owner and my past positive impression of him, I let it go and decided not to leave a review at the time.

Fast forward to today—I stopped by to pick up a quick meal for my wife, who loves the Deluxe Chop Chop and was about to head into a long 13-hour shift. Unfortunately, the same staff was working, and I had the exact same experience. The moment I selected “no tip,” the cashier again changed her tone, sarcastically said “welcome,” and began muttering under her breath in Spanish to her coworker. The restaurant was empty this time, so it felt even more personal. When I asked for my receipt, I got another eye roll before it was handed to me with clear attitude. I’ll admit I grabbed it out of frustration.

Instead of walking out, I asked to speak with the manager and explained both of my experiences. I’m not sure if he fully understood me, but I felt it was important to share.

To the management or franchise owner: this isn’t about tipping—this is about basic respect and customer service. If I’ve experienced this twice now, I can’t imagine I’m the only one. It’s disappointing, especially when the food is good and the brand has potential. I hope this feedback helps bring some awareness and improvement moving forward.
