Disappointing service. While the food itself can be decent, the customer service and hygiene practices are a serious issue. The woman who attended me was chewing gum the entire time, loudly smacking her lips while taking my order, which felt extremely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this behavior from her either.

She’s short, chubby, with straight black hair and light brown eyes. She had her hair completely down, even though every other employee I saw had their hair tied up, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

What concerned me most was that she did not use gloves while cutting the chicken and serving the food. For a restaurant, especially one handling food directly, this is unacceptable. I’m honestly surprised that the manager present there, hasn’t addressed this, considering it’s a repeated issue and very noticeable.

Basic hygiene and professionalism should be enforced, and until that happens, I’m very disappointed and hesitant to return.

This is the best Chicken Kitchen in all of South Florida. They are exemplary from the food quality to the incredible customer service. It feels and tastes like a home made!

I ordered through the app so my fiancé can pick it up on his way home. Due to traffic, he arrived to the location at 6:10, 20 minutes after the original estimated time on the app which said the food would be ready around 5:50. The food was not ready, not even made, and they were not busy at all. When they finally started to make our food, my fiancé wanted to ask the lady a question and he response was “one second” and proceeded to make the food with acknowledging him again…. Worst service ever. I would rather order at a different Chicken Kitchen and drive the distance than going back to this one.

This location has gone from bad to worse, the prices went up way too much and to make matters worse the portion are incredibly small, the lady in the front named Carolina gives the smallest portions possible, a large size bazooka looked like a children’s size portion. This needs to be looked into they are technically robbing the customers.

So the Owner of this place is doing so bad, they are now charging for the skin of the chicken $.99 cents. This used to be free.Who is going to pay for the skin of the chiken which they throw away $.99 cents? Also the employees dont look too happy at all. The service is also bad.Is so sad, What eating out has become in Miami and what restaurants are doing. Then they want a service tip. I feel really sad

This place has gotten ridiculous! When you order, they pull the skin off of the chicken breast. If you ask to keep it, they charge you an extra $1. They don’t tell you about the charge until you get to the register. A charge for the skin that they were gonna throw away is ABSURD to say the least. On top of the higher prices, smaller portions! Won’t be visiting this location again!

I rated this location with 1 star because I had to select a star rating in order to proceed. However, if I had the option I would’ve rated zero stars. This location is absolutely disgusting. Management is a huge disappointment and has no concern in quality customer service. I have called the corporate number severe times and reached an individual with broken English. To make matters worse I have left my name and contact info with the young lady who answers the corporate phone line and no one has contacted me thus far. You should be ashamed of price gouging amongst of other things.

Portions continue to get smaller, and now they are charging for the skin on your chicken as extra?. That makes no sense to me since they would always throw it away. Now I have to pay an extra dollar for the skin that my chicken already comes with as if it’s something extra . It’s part of the chicken dude like come on. I haven’t gone to a chain food place in some time and now I was reminded as to why. They are so damn greedy and since they are already successful they don’t care. Won’t be coming back. So disappointed in Chicken Kitchen. This is why I tend to go to local family owned food joints.

My recent experience at Chicken Kitchen was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was prompt, and the food surpassed all expectations.

I ordered two Kids Chop-Chops, a Regular Chop-Chop, and a Regular Chop-Chop with cilantro rice. Each dish was meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The chicken was perfectly grilled—juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, with the cilantro-infused variety offering a refreshing and vibrant twist.

The portions were generous yet well-balanced, and even the Kids Chop-Chops were delightfully satisfying. What truly impressed me was the consistency in quality across all the meals—every bite was as delicious as the last.

In a world where fast-casual dining often falls short, Chicken Kitchen stands out as a paragon of excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking flavorful, wholesome meals served with care.

I went and I order a large deluxe With double chicken asked the manager to include the skin, And he went ahead to tell me there’s an extra fee for the skin, When the skin is part of the chicken and especially if I’m paying for double meat. He goes to tell me is the owner’s idea and the owner is very greedy. Well this message is for the owner, I’m never buying here again. This thirsty corporate behavior. Like you not charging enough for the for the plate? What wrong with you ? Gross mentality!
