Super unfortunate that this chicken kitchen is so close to my house and consistently gets orders wrong and gives half of what other chicken kitchens give for food. I ordered a deluxe small, Mexican small, and a large regular chop chop and large could have fit in the small container it was so empty. My deluxe didnt have any tomatoes or lettuce and I asked for skin and PAID for the add on for all three and legit got none. When I walked in to pick up – only customer in the place and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Never coming here again

Floor was wet and water pooled around a safety sign that was turned so that customers could not even see the warning. Employees made no effort to clean up the potential slip and fall risk. Which is a huge liability on your company. Please see attached photos. One would think putting a sign out to cover up a huge water puddle they would have done a better job cleaning it up..

Do not order uber eats from here. They last forever. The driver waited for more than half an hour. By the time he deliver the food to me, my lunch break was already over. This incompetence cost me more money because I lost my lunch break and had to tip the driver extra fir the time he lost waiting for my food there. I will never order from here again.

I love eating at Chicken Kitchen. I have eaten at many branches, but out of all of them, this one in particular my experience has been average. It is evident that the portions they serve are not what you regularly find in other branches, less rice, less chicken, less sauces, less everything. To give an example, the sauce containers are always half full when in other branches they come full, same with the vegetables, you can notice it is less portion. The whole experience feels like they “skimp” on the portions. As for the taste and quality of the food, everything is fine, the place is spacious and there are plenty of places to stay and eat.

I really want to love this place but even when it’s clean it doesn’t feel clean. The food is good which keeps me coming back but I can never understand why the don’t make the changes necessary to move the line more quickly. It’s literally costing you money. If I walk in the door and see more than 5 people in line I’m outta here. There’s no telling if you be in line for 5min or 20min. And why is it so loud. Again, the food was good though.

The food here is generally good. Because of the endless options for customizing your meal, it really feels prepared just for your tastes. The food tastes fresh and the restaurant looks clean and the atmosphere at this location is peaceful and quiet.
There was an issue with my order this time as a non-consumable object in my dish. I brought it to the attention of the main office, but have not heard back yet. As this is an isolated incident and has not happened on prior visits. I still recommend this restaurant and location, as the food is good and reasonably priced.

I’ve been going to various Chicken Kitchen locations for years, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. But now that I work next to the Bird Road store, I have to say — this location stands out even more.
Not only is the staff extremely helpful, but they’re also genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference in your day. In a time when so many fast-casual restaurants have let their food quality slip, Chicken Kitchen has made it a point to maintain their standards — and it shows. The food is always fresh, consistent, and satisfying.
