If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked in and the cook who was cutting the chicken, sneezed right in his hand and continued. The guy in front of me asked if he was going to wash his hands and he said no cuz he’s not touching the chicken. Mind you, he’s cutting the chicken and making people’s order and then says “if you don’t want it or like what I’m doing you can go to chipotle”!! Right after that we all walked out! Very rude and disrespectful! Very unsanitary! I will never go back!

I love the chicken kitchen at pembroke. I would only come to this location when I had work down here. I’ve had a terrible experience with a worker named magi giving me attitude towards me after I told her my order. Instead of attending me she made her co worker David take care of me. I repeated my order back to him and he went above and beyond. I was treated very well by David and I came back months later to not find him working there anymore. I come back to the manager LORENZO also giving me attitude because he was fed up with a door dasher. I am also disgusted at the fact I keep finding cheese in my order and after coming back I come to find cheese in the container with tomatoes. This is simply unsanitary and not safe for people who are lactose intolerant. The quality of service is only going down. I would strongly not recommend eating here.

First off let me start by saying how I’m extremely allergic to cheese. I went in for 2 bowls & before I had the chance to grab the veggies this kind young lady was waiting on fresh chicken & making sure it was fully cooked, however in the same time a older guy named Lorenzo came & I realized he was apparently putting back a salad already packed back to the containers where we are served. What I found truly disgusting is when he was placing back the tomato which I was wanted he also placed back cheese mixed with it. I asked if they had fresh tomato that isn’t mix with cheese his answer was that is fresh tomato. Sir you definitely don’t belong in a kitchen or near this company. I did manage to get tomato cause the younger lady didn’t hesitate & she replaced the tomato with a fresh batch. But Lorenzo is very ignorant & uneducated with what he’s doing.

This is the nicest and cleanest Chicken Kitchen I’ve ever been too! The staff was super nice, attentive, friendly, and personable. I just so happen to meet the GM and he was also super nice and friendly. The food was also terrific and super fresh as always. I will definitely be going back to this location often! 5 stars!

I’ve been to that location on a few occasions & every time it’s the same thing. So it will definitely be my last time. The staff is not friendly & they act as if they don’t understand! It’s can be very frustrating! I refuse to support a business that don’t value me as a customer!

My first time eating here and I will say this, THE SERVICE AND FOOD GREAT is there was a better word I would use it!! The food presentation was great, they explained everything to me and was so nice! The store is nice and CLEAN!

This place was great when they first opened. Serving the proper amount of food unlike other Chicken Kitchens. Now, they serve very little chicken. They even get the order wrong most of the time. They delivered two of the four chops and the chop was only served with burnt chicken skin and no chicken. Totally disgusting and unacceptable.

I order dinner for delivery. Everything was great EXCEPT chicken quesadilla, not worth it. I requested for one of my guests and there was barely chicken or just anything inside. Definitely not recommend this dish.
