Visiting from outta town and read in a couple forums that this place is the place to go for fried chicken, and I agree. Top 5 best fried chicken I’ve ever had. It is drive thru only, and the inside is only open for DoorDash and pick up. Staff was nice.
Ordered the 2 piece plate that came with 3 potato wedges and roll, 10 piece hot honey wings, small side of Mac n cheese, and small side of collard greens. The sides were okay, but the chicken was on point. The collard greens were a little bitter, and the Mac n cheese was good, but not amazing. Also ordered a side of corn bread. It was a little too soft for my liking, but delicious nonetheless the less.
Would definitely come back again.

Chicken was dry like it had been sitting all day and I got food at noon. Didn’t taste any spice to the spicy chicken and it was really dark like they haven’t been changing the oil in fryer. I heard this place was better than Indi’s but from my first experience I can not say so.

Wish I could give 0. Service is horrible. I asked for a simple 4 piece chicken wing meal sauced in hot honey and this lady told me “we don’t sauce the whole wings”…..huh???? I just canceled my order after waiting in line for 45 minutes and I was really looking forward to trying this place. But you have chicken and you have sauce… Why can I not have my chicken wings sauced ? Lol this place is a joke. I will never come here.

Best chicken in Louisville. Super juicy and tender. Mac and cheese was alright for someone who doesn’t care too much for it. The broccoli casserole is amazing. Pictured is the keel dinner. Huge pieces. Enough for two people. Super affordable prices

The service was amazing food not so much. I purchased a wing special and a catfish dinner. The chicken was good the catfish looked good but the fish was mush it wasn’t edible the sweet potato casserole and green beans weren’t good. I would go back for the chicken

Chicken was horrible and dry. The mild flavor had zero taste and the spicy one was just mediocre. The neighborhood is sketchy as hell and should be an absolute no for tourists. Only good side is the affordable price but it is really NOT worth it.

I wouldn’t even put a star because it deserves none! I feel like I was played with! The you at the window taking the order was rude! The cauliflower taste like shrimp! The sweet potatoes were disgusting! I asked how much cakes were and he asked me which one to tell me they are all $2.99! Dumb! The chicken lacked seasoning! Horrible! I won’t be back! I’m the strays in the streets will be full tonight!

We got a 8 piece box of regular and spicy. The regular was fresh and quite tasty. Good flavor and nicely fried. The spicy I didn’t like too much but still decent. Rolls and mash potatoes were good, but the mac&cheese was ok. They only do drive-thru but wait time was about 20 mins for us. Prices are fair and staff was friendly!

Some of the things I ordered was not in the bag I asked for a different size than what I got, which was fine with me, but the potato wedges were very old and not even hot or warm. The chicken was great. Presentation was fine. We didn’t mind the wait, just expected fresher food and what we ordered to be correct
