We love this place we drive from Woodbridge here because it is so delicious! Don’t get me wrong it gets busy but the cashier lady Gloris is always so welcoming, the atmosphere is homey and the owners are on hand people! Rude staff. Had my husband and I waiting for forty minutes for food and when we told them we wanted to cancel the order as it was not a large order to be waiting this long for they said no they would not return anything and would not give us anything for the time wasted. This is the most unhealthy latin restaurant I’ve ever been! Today I went for the first time and ordered a tripe stew. When I received it, it was mostly oil! I couldn’t believe it. I asked to please replace it with another soup and they told me they make all their soups with that much oil so basically it wouldn’t make any difference. I requested refund and they refused to do so. I left the tripe stew, which was basically an oil soup and I walked out of the restaurant. No refund and disgusting tripe stew. I had nausea just from the taste of it.
