I hate to give reviews like this but this experience was completely awful from beginning to end. $20 for a combo meal with a chicken sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. It took over 30 minutes to get my order ( after waiting line an additional 20 minutes).
The chicken was so dry it was like jerky there was a couple parts that were so crunchy I thought I bit bone. I even pulled it out of the sandwich and tried to eat it as a chicken tender. The ranch had so much Dill in it it tasted like tartar sauce and not ranch. There was a small dollop of macaroni and cheese (mushy as all get out!) on it definitely not what they show on the picture! The fries were soggy and tasteless. The bacon on the sandwich was barely cooked it was flabby. My friend got the bowl with the macaroni and cheese base chicken tenders bacon and green onions he had like three pieces of chicken small cut up it was ridiculous. The service was terrible. I saw three people bringing their orders back when I was waiting in line and I wondered why, now I get it! I will never go there again and I was really disappointed because Guy is one of my favorite people and I really thought everything looked great on the menu but what you get and what you see up there on the signs are definitely not the same.

The chicken is fine but I was served less than half of the serving size my fries should’ve been. the macaroni and cheese was bad. Overcooked, unsalted, soggy noodles with a very bland cheese sauce. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get

Absolutely terrible experience. Ww ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders. It took 30 minutes and they only gave us 4. The chicken was covered in so much spice, we couldn’t eat it. The young girl appearing to be managing it was very rude and had no idea what she was doing. This place should not be allowed in the casino

We ordered a CG chicken and one honey barbecue with no slaw. To drink we split a Apple jack ‘s cereal milkshake.It was great. The chicken was moist and had perfect seasoning. The bun was not too overwhelming or sweet. My husband loved his honey barbecue. It had kettle chips on it which at first he thought was strange. But he was so wrong. It made the sandwich. The sauces they use are awesome. Plenty of food. I think if we had sides we would have been over stuffed. We were there on a Sunday at 1500. Not too many people waiting in line or eating at the food court. You can bring your drinks into the food court. By 1730 when we’re leaving,people were lining up for the restaurant and coming into the food court. A little pricey at 36 bucks for one milkshake and two chicken sandwiches.Ouch!!

I love GUY in general from his show and how he’s created himself, but the chicken tenders were dry encrusted salt slabs. Coleslaw comes on the sandwich I ordered and it was slopping everywhere and made the bread soggy as soon as I took the sandwich out of the bag. and sat down. Went to pump out catsup for fries, it was empty. The table were to be desired as well. Definitely not returning to this restaurant in the food court at the casino inside Soaring Eagle again, ever. This is the third chance I’ve given them. Nope!!!

Delicious food!!! So cool to go to one of Guy Fieri’s restaurants. The Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ chicken sandwich was amazing. Full of flavor and crunch, and was really big. The fries were seasoned and crispy. Food was fresh and hot. We stopped here around 9:30pm on a Thursday, service was really slow, but the workers were nice and friendly. Would definitely go back!

The place was lovely to visit! The milkshakes and food were amazing! I had the Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ and the Holiday cookie shake. The manager named Liv was very helpful with suggestions and explaining what was in each meal! Her crew was quick and friendly with my order and very lovely to talk to.

a young lady took my order the other day, she was very nice and polite. I didn’t have enough money to tip her or the people working said day so she told me that it is okay and just to give them a good review.. I forgotten to do until now. the grilled was nice and hot along side of my unseasoned frizzles I would recommend coming to chicken guy. even if they don’t serve burgers and more gluten free stuff.

My boyfriend and I stopped in this week. Everyone was so friendly! The (manager i think?) Liv even stopped by to see how we were doing and compliment my boyfriend’s band shirt. She reminds me of my daughter! The food came out pretty fast which surprised me because the casino was busy that day. The food was hot and really good! I was glad we weren’t stuck with burgers.

I went with a friend, and it was my first time there. I didn’t quite know what to order so the nice lady at the front helped me decide. Her name was Liv and she helped me pick out the Burbon brown sugar BBQ sandwich and the mint shake.
The food itself was pretty good, only slight complaint would be that I personally would prefer more BBQ sauce but other than that it was pretty good. I will admit it was a little loud there as it was busy but that’s okay.
