I was really excited to try this place after seeing good reviews. When I walked in, I noticed a large batch of wings sitting above the fryer, so I asked if they were already cooked. I was told they were half-cooked in advance for speed.
I explained that I didn’t mind waiting and preferred my wings to be dropped fresh and cooked once. I was told that wasn’t an option.
That honestly shocked me. Pre-cooking wings might make sense for delivery orders, but customers should at least have the choice. Fried food is already unhealthy enough — I personally don’t want my food fried twice.
I chose to leave without ordering. Very disappointing experience.
the lady at the drive thru is rude!!!!! I asked for flats paid extra and I received bad customer service plus tiny dry wings!!!!!!!!!!
He didn’t see one, so he laid the bag out of the way of parking spots and we went in to order some food.
It was literally scary dirty, with tubs of sauce poured into plastic containers and strong odor of grease filled the air. I shook my head “no”, so we left…
Next thing I see is the cashier running out after us claiming to be calling the police for littering in his lot! While I tried to explain what happened, he insisted that I was lying and said it was on the camera to which I said, “let’s go see”. He kept yelling. I opened my trunk to show him we had no dog and were on vacation only stopping through by way of Alabama.
Needless to say, the smartest man there, (mine) had took the bag to the gas station next door, shuffling me into the car and saying don’t argue with him… good advice.
We left, still hungry and just went elsewhere.
