Just passing through and stopped by for a quick bite. Was pleasantly surprised by the great service we received. Multiple times we were checked on to see if we needed anything such as refills on our drinks. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Food was good.

Horrible service . Nasty restaurant & unpleasant workers!! Customer service is wack! Workers are not friendly ~ very dry and the manager needs customer service training himself. Was served cold stale fried okra and chicken tenders . I asked for a refund, and that didn’t go over too well with the rude workers . The manager was arguementive and did I say RUDE!

My first time trying Chicken Express and oh it was so good! Spicy tenders with gravy, corn nuggets and a soft, fluffy roll. All delicious and perfectly prepared. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and the young lady at the drive through window was so friendly with the best smile; we enjoyed our interaction with her. Our orders came out quickly and were accurate. Even our fountain drinks were perfect. Sadly we don’t live near this location. But we will eat here if we are ever passing through again. Thank
