My wife and I went back today. Been awhile. It was nice to see that things were still on point. The food… I love those biscuits… was great. The staff… blew my mind! Not only did she remember us…. she even asked if I’d like my usual large Sweet Tea with that. We’re impressed with Samantha and the staff. Anytime I’m in Port Neches for lunch they’ll hand my business. It’s rate a fast food chicken place is so down home. Thanks for a great lunch Samantha!!

This location has a great track record with me! I’ve eaten here for over 10 years. Their fried okra is AWESOME! Reasonable prices too. It’s clean, the staff is nice and no one in the county is sweeter than Ms Courtney at the front counter. She brightens the day of everyone she serves.

I rarely get a chance to eat Chicken Express but I will drive all the way to Port Neches from now on just because the service was top notch and Samantha was super professional and friendly. It’s hard to find good service in the food industry but she went out her way to make sure we got exactly what we ordered and efficiently. I have zero complaints.

I don’t know what is better about this place, the chicken with the red packets or the service! Samantha was so sweet and always makes sure everyone is happy there. She is always working and does a great job. I went to school with her and she hasn’t changed a bit since then. She definitely deserves a raise. Goes above and beyond for her customers!!
