I paid $15 for 7 tenders and can’t even get a dipping sauce or gravy. I paid extra for dipping sauce for 7 tenders and no gravy. Does it not come with anything???

Chicken had too much grease coming out that you really only tasted that not the chicken. Fries were cold as was the roll. Service was friendly and quick. This was during lunch hours so the food should have been better. I can’t say I’ll go back, and unless it’s only what you want, I would recommend going somewhere else

I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order, which was delivered without one of the side dishes. Then, I had to wait for 10 more minutes. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience. No refunds. No discounts. This isn’t the first occurrence. Needless to say I won’t be back anytime soon.

The food and service at this location is good. Restroom had no paper towels and the floors in the dining area was being mopped with a pine sol smelling solution so strong our noses and eyes were burning. We had to take our meal and leave the smell was so strong and nasty.

It’s pretty annoying that you can’t call this location. The tea was old. Literally just ordered tea because they USUALLY have good tea. In fact, I’ve NEVER had bad tea from any location EVER and I’ve been ordering their tea since I was a child. But today, their tea tastes like it’s been sitting there all day. HIGHLY disappointed and definitely won’t be returning. Good thing it’s on sale right now because I’d definitely take it back and get a refund if it wasn’t. Absolutely disgusting! Please retrain your employees on how to make fresh tea.

Went on my lunch break asked if they had any specials she told me that there was a 3pc dark with fries a drink and a biscuit or roll, first of all they gave me a 3pc that tasted like it had been under a heat lamp since yesterday, roll was dry and hard. I asked for a side of gravy i got no ff and she said the gravy was my side charged me 2.70 for the fries instead of 1.60 for gravy, argued with me about it only for the food to be gross. Wat was supposed to be $7.58 ended up being an $11 meal. Ill never go back.
