So this establishment picks and chooses what policies they want to follow. As the manager here stated that she has been working at chicken express since she was 16, that her and her management team does not need to where hats while working at the food station only her employees. None of the men had beard nets on but handling the food. Which I decided to look into Chicken Express policy myself and come to find out that the policy states the complete opposite of what she said. Since she has been working here since she was 16 you would think she knew the policy word for word. All employees including management are allowed to wear hats and apron when on the kitchen line or in preparing food. And men are to wear a beard net. Corporate policy mandates this. I shouldn’t be picking long blonde strands of hair out of my food even if it’s synthetic. That’s gross. Cashier was great though, provided great service.

Food was horrible just ordered the 4 count. Half regular, Half spicy. They messed up the order and gave me all regular. I open the mash potatoes, take some on my fork and already feel there is no consistency to them. I try them, awful very watery and soupy!!! Almost the consistency of the gravy. Then I reach for the roll, look at the bottom and it is moldy!!! Oh to top it all off there was hair in the box. The only thing that was decent were the fries. 1st time I ever have HAD to leave a review.
