Couldn’t be happier with our experience!! We needed food to feed a lot of people for after a funeral on short notice, and they were fantastic!!! Mario was so extremely kind and helpful, he made sure to take all the stress off our shoulders. You just rarely see such great service with such kindness anymore! If you get a chance, go say hi to him and tell him he is appreciated!!! And the food and Tea were superb!!!! Thank you all for working so hard for us, we deeply appreciate it!!!

Came through the drive through and did not have a good experience. I didn’t get my sides, my biscuit was hard as a rock, and our chicken was out of temp…when we got to the window my mom said “how are you” and the guy replied only with the ticket total. I used to come here in highschool and it was great then, but good grief what a fall from grace. Probably the last time we’ll be eating at this location.

I had an issue with a previous order and I called to let them know. They told me to come back at my convenience and they would remake my whole order. I live on the other side of town so it took me like 9 days to get back, and they took care of me just like they said I would. No questions….the new girl at the register ( can’t remember her name, she told me ) even gave me a sweet tea!!!! this is what I call customer service! I will be back for sure.

I love chicken express but I will not go back to this location. I got the family tenders with sides. First, the tenders were extremely over cooked. Very hard and dry. Second, we told her what sides we wanted and she said we only get one side. I pointed at the sign above her head where it clearly says two sides with the 20 piece meal. and she still insisted that we only get one side.
I will continue to be a customer but not at this location.

Just visited this lovely establishment and was greeted and served by the most lovely and kind lady. The lady who served me was McKay Roberts….I think her last name was Roberts but her first name is definitely McKay. It was her first night working for this Chicken Express this evening and didn’t know until she said so…I would never have guessed because of how professional she was towards me and my roommate. We both were warmly greeted by her and our order was promptly taken. McKay’s kindness and good vibes is definitely a reason for me to visit again…the food was absolutely wonderful

I go here pretty often, service is typically slow and bare minimum effort. Incorrect orders are common but it’s close to me and I just love the spicy tenders, mashed potatoes w gravy and corn nuggets so they continue to get my money. The employees are not typically rude, just slow. If they were rude I would just never return. It is honestly very overpriced for the quality.

When you order a family meal and get enough pickles for 1and fries for 2 but supposed to feed 4 you get the pictures attached . All were stale and rolls were hard. I asked the guy twice for ranch and he kept saying it’s in there. Well it wasn’t. I want my money back! When the workers go places I’m sure they expect to get what they paid for. That applies to your own job. Give people what they paid for.

I went threw the drive threw at 11am, no response so I pulled around to the window because I thought maybe there closed, got to the window to see ppl working no one came to the window so I went in an there two guys waiting on there order with no one in line they tell me go ahead, so I stand there waiting to be served like a normal person just for 3 of there employees to walk by me and never acknowledge I’m even there, they walked around me served the 2 guys who did have a large order but that’s not an excuse for no one else not to be served. Remind you as I’m going in ppl are pulling in the drive thru but yet now they are getting their order taken. I left about 11:15 the same way I came hungry and empty handed. Just asking for service not even a better service.
