The food is always good, but the service is fantastic. We always look forward to seeing Bianca every week. She always greets everyone and asks how their day has been. She is one in a million with customer service. Once food is served, she walks the restaurant to see if anyone needs anything and also makes sure to tell us bye. I would definitely recommend this establishment because it feels like a meal at home with family. The food was fresh, the service was fantastic, as always, and we will definitely be coming back every week.

She greeted everyone as soon as they walked in, asked about their day and even walked around asking how the food was and if we needed anything else. I always get the #1 Spicy and it tastes amazing. If you haven’t had it before and you just order regular chicken try loving yourself and living a little. It’s very flavorful and just the right amount of spice! Awesome friendly service too!

I ordered the 2 piece snack box for my grandson, and before I could place an order for me, I was told to move to the window. Therefore, they missed getting a sale for food for me. I was not told my cost until I got to the window.

First of all I was told I had to pay more if I used a card. I was using my debit card so it’s the same as cash. The money has come out of my account before I get home with the food so why do I have to pay more with a debit card. I was told that it’s the owners orders. So I relented and paid with my debit card even though I felt it was not right. When I got home and opened my meal, I was shocked and angry that there was no french fries in the box. I checked the receipt and it clearly had french fries printed on it. So not only did I have to pay more for using a debit card but was shorted my fries. Today Chicken Express lost a custormer!

Its fast food. Its good, consistent & accurate with orders. The price is common with the times & other fast food places. I recommend this particular location because ive had excellent service each time with out mixups on my orders . The two times there crashed a mistake they took care of immediately. They also honor the 10 pm close time. So if you show up 5 til they serve you ! Very professional employees even tho most are very young! Gk there! You’ll see!!
