We eat here often because they have the absolute best wings! & unsweet tea! They are made to order so I know I have to wait every time I eat here. I tell myself they are to expensive for what u get in the box that I’m not ordering them again but I always do cuz they are good! That said..
If you are looking for friendly over the top service this is probably not the place for you lol I sometimes think management must be horrible to work for by the vibe I get from employees. They are never rude just down energy like they hate their job which is kinda sad.

This is one of the worst places ever! Not only do they actually not care about their performance, they don’t care that they are ripping you off. Order was horrible! I ordered two of the four piece boxes. Both were supposed to have two sides (did not discover thy were incorrect until I got home). Well that didn’t happen! Then I also ordered poppers. This order is over 3.00 and I was handed a brown paper back with three tiny little poppers in it. I walked back in (after going through drive through), and demanded my money back for them. It should be illegal that I hand you a paper bag with three tiny little peppers in it and you hand me almost 3.50 back!! I’m super sick of the lack of customer service in our country. In every single section of this country! It’s disgusting. Do your job correctly or leave. There are people who need a job that would actually value it! Shame on y’all!

Used to be really good here. But something changed. Now when you order strips the oil that comes off of them is brown. And you can taste it. It is gross. Mac and cheese was cold. Restaurant is not as clean as it used to be.

The chicken was small a cross between popcornchicken and strips, cold as in not even lukewarm and the mash potatoes grainy. I enjoy chicken express but this location is definitely not one to go to.

Me and my coworkers came dinned in for lunch and the food was amazing! Food was fresh and warm and the employees were all so fast and nice.:)

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had… ever. I eat here all the time and I love it, But what happened tonight makes me so upset.. We had to order our food 3x to get it right… oh wait it was still wrong.. I’m not sure what what going on, but the lady didn’t mess up just my family’s order she messed up everyone’s order in the dining area. The sweet tea was out I gave her my cup and told her it was out she went to the back to get some sweet tea and gave me unsweet =/ . We waited at least 30 min for our meal, what we payed for our dinner tonight was NOT worth it.. I feel sorry for the guys who were trying to fix her mess ups.. I’m probably not going to go back for a while.. sorry

Fast service, friendly enough folks. Out of the three times I’ve gone, twice they forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes. And on this last one, the Mac and cheese tasted a bit sour. Like if it was going bad. Such a shame, since the food is generally not bad for fast chicken.

Don’t know what they pay the man behind the grill but he cooked our chicken and chicken livers perfectly, I never get that quality at any fast food or chicken restaurant. I believe the young lady said his name is Solomon. The man knows how to cook. 10/10 best fried food I’ve ever had. Someone give that man a pay raise asap

Chicken strips were fresh, fries were fresh. Ordered a second box of strips to go and Terrell kept them on the warmer for me while I ate. Dude is on top of it!! Never a bad experience at this location.
