The food and staff are great! Really enjoyed the chicken, friend pickles and okra this evening. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they stuffed a box, but there were only 8 pieces inside (albeit two of them were quite large). Everything was fresh and hot, definitely enjoyed the meal! Staff was pleasant and smiling the whole time. It’s a chain, but the things that make it great are unique to this restaurant.

Took 12 minutes from order to food in hand. Drive thru was empty and I was the only customer. It was 7:20 pm. After cashier took the order she disappeared until food came out. Soda machine is broken so we had to wait to get drinks until she came back. French fries are cold and hard. Front door is also broken. Floor is filthy even though the place is empty. Chicken was good, as was the corn nuggets.

Chicken was a bit over cooked for my liking. Extra crunchy and dry. Stood at front counter way too long. Employees walked by but never acknowledged. Then when they took my order it was all wrong, like they didnt even listen to me, only part right way “to go”.

My family and I were literally the only people in the drive through the entire experience and were informed after paying that it would be a 7 minute wait. Waited 19 minutes for the driest, stringiest, most overcooked, and unattended chicken strips consisting of 90% breading, 10% chicken, mushy corn, and raw biscuits and rolls. My first and last visit to a Chicken Express , had I known what it’d taste like, I would have starved happily.

Only people in the store. The food was not fresh. The person who took order was okay. But most food was pre-made and old. Pop machine broken. Does this place ever fix things? Will never be back. Don’t recommend wasting your time or money here. Also computer printed sign gave different store hours and door was locked before the earlier printed hours as well. Online shows store would be open until 10. Door was locked before 8pm.

I ordered a medium 32oz drink and a pie. I get drinks at chicken express several times a week. The total was $5.35. When the staff handed my order to me, I said it was a medium drink 32oz. She stated that this was a medium and the 32oz is there large. All other locations and there order board say 32oz is medium. Won’t revisit this location. Not worth the price.
