We ordered at the drive through. A large order of tenders & chicken with a gallon of tea. We pulled forward to wait which was fine. It smelled so good we couldn’t wait to get home!
When we got home, we discovered all the boxes, crushed and wet. The chicken tenders weren’t tender, and the chicken thighs were pink at the bone.
We had already decided not to ever eat there again when we opened the rolls and discovered mold all over them.
Come on man!!!!
That was alot of money for salmonella!!!

This place is terrible. I ordered and 8 piece meal @ the listed price of $25.99 and was asked how many breasts I wanted. I said two will be good. Tried to charge me $38 because I wanted “an extra breast”. I told the girl to give me the $25.99 deal. I got 3 legs, 3 wings and 2 thighs, and no breasts. This place is terrible.

My wife and I were hungry for chicken so we stopped. Chicken Express has chicken livers on the menu, which are not available at most other restaurants. My wife got the two piece dinner with a side of okra. It was all delicious and worth the stop.

Always a great experience at chicken express. Drive thru is speedy and fresh. The spicy chicken is the best. Full of flavor and a little heat. We ordered ahead for a gathering and everything was made correct, hot, and a good deal for how many people we fed.

Please do not visit this place they are awful
No. 1 they have the radio blaring so high that you can’t even think about anything except the radio being so loud
No. 2 I placed my order for fresh livers at 12:39 p.m. I was told that it would be 7 to 10 minutes for my order to be cooked
a couple came in after me and got their order before I did and they ordered the same order I had to say something to the counter girl to get my order if I hadn’t said anything to the counter girl who was giggling and laughing and carrying on with the other co-workers
I would have still been sitting there
I got my order at 1:15 for my calculations I don’t think that’s 7 to 10 minutes
And I called the store and talked to the manager who wanted to argue with me and tell me that the other couple did not get their food until after I did I’m not blind I seen them get their food before I did all he wanted to do was argue and give me excuses such as that it took time to cook the livers okay then don’t tell someone it’s going to be 7 to 10 minutes if it’s going to be longer
If you have read any of my reviews at all you know that I am honest and that I very seldom have a bad review but this is a bad bad review
I was also not offered any kind of refund for my livers that definitely were not fresh

I left a less than desirable review a while back when I visited this location after a pretty long time away. I’ve been back to this loction recently two or three times now and it is night and day in comparison to the scary house it was. They also gave a hell of a lot better customer service as well. Great job Chicken Express!!

even though they never brought my brother’s okra and I was supposed to get $.60 change and he gave me a quarter of a dime I looked at him and he looked at me and then he shut the window so I guess he thinks $.60 is a quarter in a dime but the three-piece fish dinner was excellent everything was cooked properly and taste great the french fries were long and the drink had plenty of ice and it was cold my brother had the three-piece chicken and it also was delicious with the roll and with coleslaw so besides the okra and the change was a pretty good visit

Picked up lunch to go, and it was pretty good. The cole slaw was yummy, and everyone loved the fried okra and corn fritters. The rolls were ok but a little over cooked. The chicken was good but very dry. I’d drop by there again for a fast meal.

The food was hot and fresh! Everything was cooked right and they even gave me a couple free ranches! I’ll definitely be going back here, no long wait and great chicken on your plate. Try the tenders spicy if you havent!
