Let’s start by saying there was NOTHING fast about this “fast food” pulled up to the speaker and was told to wait just 1 moment… I sat for 17mins before anyone took my order. Once I got to the window, the gentleman was very kind. Paid. And then sat with 2 hungry kids for over 35 mins waiting on food. THANKFULLY our food was hot and it was tasty. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back to this location. The nostalgia of a meal from my childhood was nice but the wait time is not worth it nor the price.

Horrible place to go. You had better figure in 30 minutes from the time you get in the line at the drive-thru until you drive off with your correct order. We love the crunchy chicken tenders with the gravy but the hassle is just not worth it. Everytime I tell the kids I’m hungry for chicken express they say, “No don’t do it, remember what you said the last time we went to the chicken express in Norman off east lindsay, that you are never coming back to this chicken express again.” And they were right we just wait til we are in Moore to go to a chicken express because this one is horrible. They take forever to get your order to you, make yiu pull up or over then still don’t get your order right and then act like it’s our fault. They take no responsibility for their messing up an order and then refuse to refund you for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs!

It Took 1 hour to get a 4pc regular tender with a small fry, you would think it would at least be fresh!!!! You’d be wrong hard as a peice of wood and cold this is the 2nd time this has happened! No one in the parking g lot or inside just me ordering pathetic!! I really like chicken express when it’s done right hope they get better employees I’m done with them

The night I went out totally hit the spot. I order a cup of gravy and 4 tenders. They were crisp, hot and tasty. Exactly what I was looking for. Had a large sweet tea on the side. Very pleased and will visit again.

I have never in my life, been treated so poorly at a fast food place. My food was literally thrown at me through the drive-through window. And for no reason whatsoever. I pulled up to the drive-through, ordered a mill, drove up to the window, the man acted mad he had to be there. I never said a word other than here you go when I handed him my money and then he came back to the window and literally threw my food at me.

Always enjoy this place. Chicken is always cooked to perfection. Not dry like some places. Mashed potatoes are delicious made perfect. The mac and chz is nice and creamy, noodles always cooked just right not soggy and overcooked. Nice place to grab a quick family dinner

Went here at 6:30 pm. No one else in the drive thru. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a couple pieces of chicken. No very express. They also only take visa and MasterCard. Unacceptable for a chain.

We waited for almost 40 minutes in the drive through for our food. There was only 2 cats ahead of us who had waited there just as long, if not longer. By the time we got our food, it was not hot. There was no apology for the long wait. The food was alright but again, nearly cold. It almost seemed like they cooked each ma one at a time, but apparently not as our food again, wasn’t fresh. Idk what was going on in this restaurant but the employees seemed strung out as well. Never had a bad chicken express experience in all my life. I will not be going back to this establishment
