ON NOV 13, 2025 I went to Chick-0-Fish on Jewella in Shreveport, Louisiana. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A (0) Zero I would have.
My 1st time eating at Chick 0 Fish. I had 4 shrimp on my Po Boy sandwich and 1 shrimp on the side. There were supposed to have 6 shrimp on the PoBoy and 2 shrimp on the side.I tried to call so Jae the name on my receipt so that she could explain why she kept the other 3 shrimp for herself. They would not answer the phone. I found out who was over the Chick 0 Fish on Jewella. I was told to call a man name Charlie. I have called Charlie several times and texted a picture of my sandwich. I couldn’t go back to the store because my foot is broken and I can’t drive; my ride was already gone. Despite my a number of calls; and not getting any response. I called again today and someone answered and hung up. I tried to call the number for Charlie again and it went to voice mail. I decided to post my experience since they are not going to make it right. This was my 1st visit to Chick 0 Fish on Jewella AND IT WILL BE MY LAST!!

I guess that’s why Jae has that stupid smile on her face, she stole 3 shrimp from my PoBoy sandwich and ate them herself. My sandwich was supposed to have 6 shrimp on it plus 2 shrimp outside the sandwich, but I only had a total if 5 shrimp, NOT THE 8 THAT SHOULD BEEN IN MY POBOY COMBO. I purchased 2 meals but NEVER AGSIN!!!! I WILL NOT EVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT THE Chick-0-Fish on Jewella in Shreveport Louisiana. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE SHORTAGE/THEFT OF MY FOOD AT CHICK-0-FISH ON JEWELLA

The server mya in the drive thru was trying to rush me out the line so bad I was trying to inform her I thought I was missing something out my bag which I was. I was missing a side and they gave me all chicken sauces when I purchase chicken and fish. Also, their fried green tomatoes were were either burnt or fried in old grease with thick breading that doesn’t taste good 2/10 only because they were fresh. They have a sign on the window that says check your food before you leave but if you’re not going to listen why even say that? It’s ok because I will not be back. I’ve never experienced this at any of their locations. Usually I don’t even have to check my food but something told me to this time.

They were out of desserts. Ketchup bottles were nasty. They had not been wiped down for a while. They were out of ketchup packets. Some one came in and smoked weed in bathroom and no one said anything. Not going back to that location

Wow, a great surprise. The fish and the shrimp were outstanding, as were the red beans and rice. The rolls were fantastic, and worth the trip just by themselves. The staff was friendly and helpful.
