Very cool set up, it’s like going to dinner in someone’s house. Location is easy to find and plenty of parking. You can tell they’ve been around a long time. The staff was great and fun. The have a menu but also lots more that the waiter will tell you about. Very traditional Italian home cooking. There is a nice bar in there too and good drinks. You do need reservations. Prices are reasonable. It’s a place you’d want to visit with friends. We had a party of 6 and it was a lot of fun and great experience all around. It was a 3 hour dinner for us.

What an amazing night! We had a party at 15 which was already exciting. However, the home like atmosphere and family like attitude from the servers and staff made us feel like we were at our grandparents house on a holiday! From the wide variety of salad choices to the delicious pasta, entrée, and onto the main course, everything was amazing! Our table got a variety of roast pork and roast veal, ribeye, porterhouse steaks, chicken parm and haddock, and everyone’s meal was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor! I am looking forward to my next time there already! Definitely give this place a try, and you will not be disappointed!

Food was very expensive nothing included, portions were very small and food was just ok not fabulous. Not a real friendly atmosphere, felt like I was intruding. They do put roasted long hots on each table and great bread but that was the highlight of our meal. Very disappointing Valentine’s Day. One and done. Wasn’t worth the trip from Bucks county.

My boyfriend made reservations for Saturday. The restaurant was highly recommended, we made reservations for 7:30. When we arrived a man came over confirmed our reservation and simply said I have nothing ready now. He told us to go to the bar, but there was no seating in the bar area, or the car. We waited 15 minutes In the car and decided to call for an update. No answer. It felt very dismissive and no follow up was made. The food may be very good here, but the service was not great at all and we would never go back.

I should preface this by saying our visit was in 2018. That said, there is an Italian restaurant (or two) on every corner in Hamilton. Go to any of those instead. The wait staff made us feel like we didn’t belong. Did we forget the secret passcode, or something? Maybe if you know the passcode they’ll give you the good food, too. Instead, my veal parm tasted like a wet dog smells, and the home made meat sauce was essentially slightly red water. How is this restaurant rated so highly? Needless to say, we won’t be returning, even if someone posts the secret passcode.

Old school NJ dining at its best!! The waiter reads you the menu, and you feel like you’re eating in somebody’s Nonna’s living room. Classic Italian fare, nothing fancy, but many different sauces from which to choose. HUGE portions! Don’t forget to order a big bowl of Arctic peanut butter ice cream for dessert—Trenton’s finest!!
