Use to come to restaurant alot. However stopped for awhile because order was not right. Not wet when you say wet.Bone dry. So went back and ordered 10 piece, extra wet and crispy. Got home wings spongy, no crisp. See for yourself. I called and was told come earlier, not sure if that makes a difference , I called at 935. Also told to say extra crispy. I always said crispy there and had no problem. Would not redo order. Bad customer service. Will NEVER GO AGAIN. The owner had attitude when I told him about his mistake. Don’t waste your money on this place. Go down the street to frozen rooster. Or chicken run in Mcdonough off keys ferry. These are franchised.

I’ve been coming here since 2011. Have yet to have better buffalo chicken anywhere else. The tenders melt in your mouth buffalo sauce is the perfect amount of spice and flavor. I live about 30 mins away and still try to stop by when I’m in the area. After so long I need my chic n run fix. Customer service is great also I know all of them on a first name basis. I only wish there were more locations. Thanks guys.

I usually have a good order, not sure what went wrong. I told the lady extra wet, all.wings were dry. And 1 order only had 9 wings instead of 10. I spent too much money for a wrong order. I will be reaching out to management

Spent 60 dollars for a family special that doesn’t include ranch or blue cheese. Place has gone downhill over the last 5 years suggest using the pike county location or even locust grove. Also the prices do not match what’s advertised online

Wife wanted wings and fries for a late lunch so I called them up. SUPER nice lady on phone and up front wearing a “Tatis” sweatshirt since I did not get her name. Order was not ready so she brought to truck, met my dog.
Seriously very nice, professional and personable.
A little pricey – 10 wings, a million fries and drink for $16 but darn good and cannot beat the service.

I got a buffalo chicken sandwich it was made with tenders that was beer. Batter like they poured hot sauce and blue cheese. All the tenders and called it a sandwich fries are okay. No seating the service was ok.

Thursday, 7 Aug, 2025 ~ I usually only come here on the weekend, but tonight, I stopped because I was on this side of town. I’ve NEVER had anything but a good experience here, before tonight… sigh, the lady did many things with her hands, it was close to closing: She mopped, scratched, fiddled with her nose, coughed, wiped sweat, did I say scratched and fiddle with her nose? I didn’t see her wash or wipe her hands. She did grab a napkin to do something with something on the floor. UGH!
I’m disappointed. I won’t stop going on the weekends, but I’m disappointed. I feel like wiping everything down before I open to eat the wings.
I know this is why I pray over my food.

It’s well worth the drive.
The unsweetened tea wasn’t bitter. It was very good!

Since we were introduced to this restaurant, we have been faithful customers. Over the past 10+ years, we have continued to patronize them, even after relocating to Stone Mtn. We have sent countless others (now regulars) to enjoy their menu.
The other night was an experience like NEVER before.
We called in an order for their family wing meal. While considering purchasing fish, we inquired about the cost. When told they are 4.99$/pc, Coach opted not to order fish. Hence, he said, “We’ll just go with the wings; no fish.” The rep, who appears to be new to the business, reiterated that he did not want fish, but just the wings. “Yes, I want the wings, no fish” is what Coach responded with.
Somehow the rep took this to mean that we ONLY wanted wings, and not the entire meal as ordered. To clarify, she could have EASILY asked if that was STILL the meal or only wings. She did not, but I am certain she will in the future.
We didn’t realized until returning home that we’d received ONLY wings, no fries, no iced tea, which she asked if we wanted “sweetened or unsweetened” tea.
Realizing this, we called and were completely caught off guard with their lack of professionalism and efforts to right THEIR wrong. After owning businesses, I am the first to say that the customer is not always right. However, in this case we were.
After the rep could not make any leeway with her misguidance, she opted to put Zack on the phone. I don’t know if he is a manager or what, but the discrepancy heightened.
His responses were as unprofessional and deceptive as hers.
I explained our history and what had occurred. He stated that he could not decide either way because he was not present when the order was placed. In essence, he’s neutral, yet supporting the rep.
His grandiose proposal was for us to drive all the way from Dekalb Co back to Henry Co and pay for fries and tea. How absurd! So he recommended, to drive just under 4 hours (in total) to return to Chick-N-Run to pay for their error.
Honestly, I cannot say if we will ever return, but I can say that this recent visit has left a nasty taste in our mouths…a taste that even their wings can not eradicate.
Chick-N-Run get your act together! We would have NEVER had this issue with the prior employees/management.
