For $3 more you can make it a combo, fries and a drink bottle. I like fountain drinks more so that part I didn’t like.
The fries are hot and crispy, maybe a tad too small but with the sandwich it’ll fill you up.
The place is very clean and the customer service is excellent, even though it’s limited as you order from a screen. But that’s the trend now and they’re helpful if you need to speak to someone.
Give them a try if you’re in the area, you might enjoy it!
What truly made the visit special was the outstanding customer service. We didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he greeted us warmly when we arrived, and as we were leaving, he even came to the door to thank us for coming and invited us to return. That extra touch made us feel genuinely appreciated and we definitely will be back!
Highly recommend Chick N Roll if you’re looking for great food and top-notch hospitality.
The shrimp tempura was some of the best I’ve ever had (including living in Japan). Light, flaky, crispy, cooked to perfection. This spot does it better than almost any sushi restaurant I’ve been to in the area. The garlic soy wings and chicken katsu sandwich were also 10/10s. The sandwich was thiccc, on the perfect bun, with some cabbage and pickles. The garlic soy wings were crisp and the flavor profile was bomb. We didn’t care for the taste of the sweet and savory ones as much (7.5/10), but that’s more of a personal preference. The sweet potato waffle fries were probably the only item we might not get again. Not a lot of flavor or saltiness, I would enjoy them more if there was a sauce to be added.
Checkout was a kiosk and basically self service. My only problem was that we were fine in customers and there was no option to select that on the kiosk to cut down on packaging waste. We were dining for nearly an hour with customers eating in, coming and going, and none of the tables were sanitized or wiped down by the staff (our table had crumbs and grease marks).
Spent $46.65 for two people (tip included). Overall, very tasty experience and will be back.
I have 0 complaints about the food and it is a great value! I ordered the CNR Deluxe Sandwich soy garlic flavor and added bacon…my sandwich was huge and so flavorful. My bestfriend said it rivaled fast food chicken sandwiches and he told no lies. I also loved their French fries (one of my favorite foods). Honestly nothing I ordered or tried was bad. The shrimp tempura and spicy soy garlic wings were cooked perfectly and I also enjoyed my boyfriend’s bulgogi wrap (they were also able to accommodate our request of no mushrooms). I even tried takoyaki for the first time and it was flavorful. The sweet tea and mango lemonade was great and if they could be combined that would be my go to. This restaurant is great for families and to-go orders, the lobby and restrooms were clean, and I’ve already recommended them to others, 10/10!
