I stopped by Chick in Waffle for a quick dine-in before heading to my son’s practice, and it was a great experience. I ordered the chicken tenders with seasoned fries, plus the queso fries topped with chicken and jalapeños. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. I had an amazing experience at Chick-in Waffle! The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned and cooked fresh. This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time here. The guy taking our order was very inviting and joked with us about the fun hoodies we were wearing. We actually told the person taking our order (it says Zain H on the receipt) that it was our first time and he signed us up for the rewards program to get us $5 off! Most places with rewards programs that I know of make you sign up before you get there or after you order to get a discount on the next order. We ordered two classic chick-in maples, one we made a combo. We were unsure about how the mac and cheese would be, so we asked Zain and he said he wasn’t a huge mac and cheese fan until he started working here, which gave us lots of hope. He even said if we didn’t like it he’d replace it for free! He constantly checked in on us and brought us more dressings when we asked. Finally, he brought us the oreo ice cream waffle thing for free since it was our first time (no guarantee that’s a normal but still super kind!) Shoutout to Zain, I hope that’s his name, this guy needs a huge raise! It was a little pricy however, ($25.03 for the two waffles, one being a combo, a $1 tip, and the $5 off but since he brought us the dessert for free I would say it would be worth it.) The quality is there and overall we’ll totally be back!

The first time I came to this location, I knew it was good, but the bone in wings weren’t as crispy and flavorful as the other location.
However, I came here again and ordered the boneless wings, fries, cookies & cream shake, mac and cheese, and a chicken wrap that I shared with my girlfriend. This food was absolutely incredible.
The boneless wings were crispy, the fries were seasoned well and had a nice crunch, the cookies & cream shake made me want more even though I’m not much of a sweet person, the mac and cheese was warm and made my stomach feel light, and the chicken wrap had great flavor and even better, it was $5 as part of a limited special.
The service has always been great. The workers are very helpful, kind, and friendly. You can tell they want to ensure you are having the best experience possible.
Also, you can’t forget the button to win a free meal. I have not won yet, but I’m sure it’ll come eventually. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend coming to this location you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing and all the staff is top tier. My first time visiting and they made me and my son feel welcome. The good was delicious and the FULL menu was explained. I’m not really a waffle girl but I loved the bubble waffle. Everything we tasted we liked. We have no complaints. I will definitely be returning.

I love this restaurant. Everything was perfect. Great customer service. Food was amazing and fresh. We ordered a Buffalo wings combo with fries and nuggets. They also have the best frozen strawberry lemonade. I’ve been here multiple times now and can’t wait to come back. They’re awesome.

We liked everything we ordered! We dined in, so everything was perfectly crunchy. Service was fantastic, they were friendly and helpful. The strips were bigger than we expected so we ended up with leftovers. The chicken bites were delicious on their own and with sauce. I recommend trying them with the Tikka Masala sauce! We will definitely be back for more!
