The staff here is always so nice and treats everyone like family. I do my charting for work here when I’m in town. One time I was on the phone with a dr office and they turned down the music for me without me asking. They are amazing and the food is delicious! The bubble waffles are so good and the chicken is so tender. Even when I get food to go and drive back to topeka, the chicken is still tender when it’s cooled. Lots of different flavors.

Incredibly friendly service. I mentioned it was my first time at the location and she very kindly walked me through the menu and where to find drinks, etc. In the time I was there, I watched the proprietor and cook expertly manage multiple DoorDash orders and in person customers with efficiency. The atmosphere is great — clean and comfortable. The food is wonderful. It arrived quickly and was hot and well seasoned. Fries were crispy and soft inside. Spicy honey chicken wrap was delicious, the chicken was juicy on the side and crunchy on the outside (impressive because they do not skimp on the honey sauce!). I enjoyed my time here and I’m glad I decided to stop in for lunch between errands.

Visiting Lawrence from out of town. We ended up eating here more than once. Generous portions, and absolutely delicious food. When you stop in just ask them about what you’re ordering, And they will recommend what they think you like the most, and they don’t miss. Such good food, excellent sauces, really good drinks, and the owners are phenomenal as well. They came out and greeted us and took the time to ask us what we thought of the food after we had been there already once. Definitely worth the stop.

So so happy to finally have a Halal fried chicken place inside Lawrence! They have a lot more than just chicken & waffles. They serve fried chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, wings, strips and more!

Buffalo chicken on Belgian waffle- 10/10
KC BBQ chicken on Belgian waffle- 9/10 (a lil sweet for me, just a personal preference)
Queso fries- 10/10, This is our favorite dish and a “must order” whenever we order from here.
10 pc wings set- the wings used to be better before though.
The waffles were soft, airy but crisp on the outside. The chicken was perfectly fried but juicy. Absolutely mouthwatering. Cannot wait to visit again!

I love this place, the people that work there have strong accents so the other reviews saying that the staff are mean… that’s probably just because they can’t understand their tones. The food here is good, I’ve only had a few things from there but I tend to get something else everytime. The price definitely is a bit crazy, but in my opinion, for what it is, it’s not too bad considering it isn’t fast food. Although they cook it kinda fast compared to a dine in restaurant, this stuff is professional. Also that fruit punch frozen drink they have is insanely good. everyone should try it!

If the steam coming off my chicken in the picture doesnt tell you enough, Mo assisted us and was super friendly and helpful when trying to make a decision on what to order. aour food was served hot and fast for how fresh it was. This is maybe my 2nd or 3rd review anywhere. I only do this when the restaurant and the people are top class, my respect to Mo and how has family operate business for the people of Lawrence.
