Super professional and quick service! Clean, safe and family friendly. So glad to see this location in southern New Hampshire. Scott, the dining area host, was polite, professional and repeatedly asking how things were – not overbearing, just courteously there to help if needed. For extra utensils, refills etc. Head and shoulders above the dine in experience at ALL other fast food places. Would highly recommend!

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but the manager of this location needs to be recognized. We went there the nights of the fireworks and boy was it a mess. Sure, the line was out the door from beginning to end. But they managed to get people in and out as fast as they could. Collectively as a team they flowed so effortlessly and did just that worked as a TEAM. I, myself work as a manager of a fast paced establishment. But I, myself would of probably tried to run and hide even for a minute. I, myself do not have a team as well rounded as yours. You all should be proud of how you handled yourselves. ALL with big smiles, polite manners, apologizes and reassurance. I pulled the manager aside herself that night to tell her how fantastic of a job she was doing. It was sure one hell of a night but you guys managed and survived. Thank you ALL for your hard work, it did not go unrecognized.

Chick-fil-A is a delightful fast-food restaurant known for its excellent service and mouthwatering chicken dishes. During my recent visit, I had an overall positive experience, although there was a minor hiccup with my order. Unfortunately, they omitted the kids’ meal from my order, but I was pleasantly surprised by their quick recovery. When I brought it to their attention, they swiftly prepared the kids’ meal and had it ready in less than 2 minutes. Kudos to their efficient response!

They need to be more careful. They gave my wife a regular bun instead of gluten free like we requested. Thankfully she only took a bite before realizing but she could have gotten really sick. We won’t be back.

I don’t frequent fast food places much, but while traveling we found Chick-fil-A. My experience was the employees were polite and courteous and beyond my expectations. I would say their employee training raises the bar and is a benchmark for their industry. Kudos!

The Chick-fil-A here in Tuscan Village is really nice. The dining room itself feels super new, clean and cared for, and the employees are super kind and helpful. The food is as good as you’d expect, nothing to complain about.

Great food and friendly service! Ate inside becuase the drive through was very long. Everybody was so nice, manager took our orders and even the guy wiping down tables asked us how everything was.

I travel and have been in Salem for a couple weeks and I frequent this Chick fila for good reason. The staff here are ALWAYS so nice! They have big smiles and work really hard! The food is always fresh and great tasting and today they were handing out free milkshakes to all the guests. I just love coming here because they take such good care of their customers.
