I come here ALL THE TIME. Their drive thru usually looks long but they are extremely fast. Their staff is friendly and gets the job done.

They are never stingy with the sauces EVER and provide plenty of napkins.

I also get a ton of coupons for free items pretty frequently.

Have enjoyed Chick-fil-A since 1980 or so when they were first brought down to the lower Rio grande valley to La plaza Mall. Over the years however I have noticed the devolution of the chicken sandwich.

The chicken breast patty that goes on the chicken sandwich continues to get smaller and smaller in total volume. My most recent visit to your location yielded a 3.4 ounce breaded chicken breast patty.

It has gotten to the point where a full grown man needs to order a number one along with a 12 count chicken nuggets in order to have any sense of fullness.

Granted this is a first world problem ergo you wouldn’t find someone in a third world country complain about the size of their chicken breast on their chicken breast sandwich from Chick-fil-A.

But… This being capitalist America I get it I’m 100% capitalist however you still need to satisfy your customers or you’re going to lose your base.

You have a raising Cane’s right across the street You’ve got a golden chicken or something across the other side of your street, And now a Jason’s deli has opened Just about a quarter of a mile down the street from you (if even that far). Unless You bring back a reasonably sized chicken sandwich dinner you’re going to start loosing customers.

I want to take a few minutes to thank the associate at Chick-fil-A for helping me out to my car for a curbside pickup my daughter ordered. I should told my daughter to make it a drive through pick up but I though be easy carry a baby car seat and running in to pick up an order. He was the professional, Courteous . I wish I got his name. He was a Caucasian male and I believe he had glasses. This happened around 1:07pm today February 10,2026. This what you call great southern hospitality . The food tasted great as always my daughter and her friends said when I dropped it off at their school.

This is the closest one to me but we stop by often enough. It has a small play area for my 3yr old son! I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-a with bad service or food but I go to this place because of how clean it is. I can’t remember his name (I think Gregory?) he’s out on the floor and keeps this place spotless. When people leave the is not a crumb on the floor and he doesn’t just whole the table it’s scrubbed. Just wanted to call him out for a great job and great service!

Prompt service and the food is good quality fast food. They have maintained their quality while other classic fast food places (Sonic) have lagged considerably. Always polite. I honestly eat there about once a month (I don’t eat fast food with frequency), but it is always a good experience.

We love this location usually. Decided to do delivery today for my son’s birthday lunch and I should have just picked up the order, would have saved a TON!! Not only is there a delivery fee (which is expected) but they also inflate the prices of the meals. A kids meal for pick up is $6.19 but for delivery the same meal is $8.05?! So not only did I pay a delivery fee and a driver tip (which is 100% expected) I also paid an additional approx $10 that they sneakily charge by inflating the price of the food. Will definitely NEVER orde for delivery again because it’s a rip-off.

It’s so unfortunate that this location is consistently low tier. Whether it’s fries that aren’t cooked all the way, orders that are fulfilled incorrectly, or taken incorrectly, or missed items. It’s always something. When the franchise first open, the owners were great I even had them offered to bring something to my house when they messed up an order. However, now it’s definitely not the same. I’m not sure what’s changed. I really hope they work on getting this resolved because it’s really close and convenient.

I was contacted by the catering director from this Chick-fil-A location regarding an issue on New Year’s Day. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing and unprofessional. This is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience with a Chick-fil-A employee, which was surprising given the company’s usual standard of service. Due to this experience, I will not be visiting this location again. Additional customer service training would be beneficial.
