My Point Of View
We did have to wait a bit in line for our food. Two vehicles behind us left before we got our food. It seemed like they were not organized and had no real system in place.
That being said, the food was good. Chicken country basket was served hot. The fries were crispy, and the blizzards were wonderful.
Additionally, my daughter really wanted to try the new spicy tenders and we were told they had to taken them out of the box in the freezer yet.

The popularity of this restaurant is evident by the length of wait to get your order. I do not hold that against them because the food is always worth the wait! I am grateful that they are conveniently located and have extended hours, especially for the medical employees, as well as patients visiting these buildings. Thank you!

Walked in just before 4 pm. No line, I’m the only customer. A person I’m guessing is a manager removed the cash drawer from the register as I approached the counter, so I’m guessing it may take a minute for them to take orders. I just stood in line for five minutes while a “worker” chatted with another customer, then some other customers walked in behind me, and the worker greeted them to take their orders. Maddening. I just left.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The store was discussing and the employees are lazy. Mel was disputing the lady for extra sauce after making her wait over five minutes for her meal. Also they were out of everything. No cookies no lemonade.

Food is good. But stays crowded. There shouldn’t be people that have already ordered in the line where people need to order. It’s confusing and causes for a lot of commotion. Highly suggest having people wait outside for food again. Or at least limit it to 10 inside store only.

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants have excellent service and staff are respectful. This restaurant staff is not and half of.them wear their hair down and look disheveled. One person kept using his hands to flop his long hair constantly then without washing then fled drink cups and delivered food bags. The wait times were long. There is no greetings or salutations of “My pleasure.” I WAS UPCHARGED TO A LARGE WITHOUT PERMISSION. It is a shame that the name brand is being tarnished.
