Avoid the FIRCREST location at all costs unless you’re a person/family whom love to spend almost $50 for one sandwich, one waffle fry, 30(ish)chicken nuggets, 2 milkshakes(already melted to liquid) and one baby/kids ice cream cone…oh and LETS NOT FORGET getting food poisoning. My Husband, our youngest Daughter, and myself!!! The only ones(have older children that haven’t eaten it) to have eaten any different on Saturday January 24, 2026!!! Can’t say I’m really surprised when it’s a bunch of teenagers standing around, somehow bumping into one another, and whom all have the most confused looks on their faces when asked what came on a sandwich. Which was different then what I was told. Normally always get the chicken nuggets BUT from a different location. Anyways after us 3 that have eaten it, we all have been horribly sick from the ice cream and or the chicken. Obviously I can’t look into the ice cream, but I decide to cut a piece of chicken and OMG IM DISGUSTED!!! See the added photos for yourself…

Noone was in the drive-thru however we were very rushed through our order by the boy outside (he did not seem like he wanted to be there) so we didn’t know if the kid typed it all in correctly. So when we got to the window, we asked to confirm our order was actually a Large instead of a Medium and that there were no pickles on the sandwiches. Bonnie at the window CONFIRMED it was correct saying “yep yep yep” to everything. But when we got our order, the fries and drink were a medium and surprise surprise, we got pickles on our sandwiches. Now I get the kid outside not taking our order down right, it’s cold and he’s in a badmood. But when we asked to confirm and Bonnie said “yes” to it being right and flat out lied to our face is rude. And I reckon that’s considered a sin in Chick-fil-A’s eyes..

After spending the day out in the sun, this Chick-fil-A in Fircrest was the perfect stop for a small dinner and dessert. The service was fast, and the staff were genuinely friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The restaurant and restrooms were spotless, which I always appreciate. The small playground was perfect for our kids to run around. They even have our free kids meal coupon during our stay. I also liked how organized and quick the drive-thru was compared to other fast-food places. Finishing off with their soft-serve dessert was the perfect way to end the day.

Ok … I can’t remember the last time I reviewed a fast food restaurant… but the employees at this location are KIND, attentive, friendly, and address you by name…. I will pay more all day long to eat at places like this. A+ to the management and team at this location. Specifically to management – you are doing something right because your crew seems happy. Ben in the drive through line just took my order 2/7/26 and was very enthusiastic! Even though it was a cold rainy day he had a smile and ensured my mobile order was correct. Good thing he did because I had made an error! Great job.

I no longer see grilled nuggets as a menu option in my app. I’ve ordered from the Lakewood location in the meantime since the grilled nuggets are still available on the app there. Please let me know what’s up with the grilled nuggets. Is Fircrest location still selling them? Is it an app issue? Thanks!

Great service! Tall gentleman, Ben, was amazing! I was waiting and observing him interact with other customers and he was a total gem. He interacted with sincerity and empathy and showed no signs of irritation when there was a customer annoyed with the wait (which was not that long). 10/10 Ben!

Horrible service the manager the African American woman is horrendous!!! The way she speaks to staff, customers , it’s no wonder the workplace environment is cringe. This place use to be a great environment. The managers poor energy is palpable. Employee made a huge deal because I asked for 6 sauces with my 30 count meal. Said I could have 4 sauces and the others will be 50 cents. I said do what you need to do . Once I received my food and paid I noticed there were only 4 sauces. They turned it into a huge ordeal. Stalled the drive through line for at least 5 min as they wouldn’t accept my card anymore so I looked for change. Finally after standing there watching me count Pennie’s in my console for 2 sauces the manager said “fine you can have them”. I never took the sauces and explained its principle. That meal large size w mac was $35 and to trip over 2 sauces !! You’d thought I asked for a case for free. With a manager that acts that way in front of employees??? Sinking ship

Oh my goodness I met just about the sweetest and most enthusiastic Chick-fil-A employees on my drive thru visit. I wish I would’ve gotten their names but they seemed so genuinely nice. ♥️ And the food was super hot and delicious of course.

UPDATE: The atmosphere is aggressive and negative at this location.
It is actually so bad. I can’t convey to you enough that this is not the experience you want.
It used to be a great location and I really thought that gentleman’s name was Ben but now I’m wondering if he changes his name based upon his mood I’m definitely sure….
However, my issue today and most recently is the chicken at this location is always undercooked. It’s not crispy. The skin is fatty and the meat is still pinkish. So I thought if I ordered the smaller pieces, maybe they would be more cooked I just asked please can you please just give me the ones that have been under the warmer for a little bit longer I do like my food fully cooked and I’ve noticed that it’s just a little bit undercooked for my pallet not that I need you to re-cook it just give me the ones that have been allowed to cook under the warmer the ones right there that I can see right there behind you….
The response. No, we don’t do that here at this location.
Excuse me, can you just grab the ones that have been under the warmer right there the ones a little bit more crispy?

Can I just have a refund? I don’t have time to take the food home and re-cook it. I just asked for the ones that were more well done.
The response: Done, it’ll take up to 5 business days depending upon how the banks work it.
If they reverse the charge, I would have my money immediately so another issue their bank I assume has the money from this account or are they also receiving the interest from holding that money you No, at this point, it’s if you can’t beat them join them right but we could clearly see these corporations have a problem.
I suppose it’s actually my problem because why on earth would I pay six dollars for four tiny pieces of meat the size of coins.
I never updated my post, but this has been a one star location for a long time now. It’s been about a year since I’ve been here and Consistently bad attitude, ill prepared food.
I was told that they undercooked to save the grease and keep the lines moving.
*Just giving a kudos and a shout out to an excellent team member by the name of Ben on the 3 o’clock drive-through line! Thank you so much for the attentive service!!
