Review of Chick-fil-A in Kirkland
Last night 12/12/2025, at approximately 10:27 PM, we visited the Chick-fil-A location in Kirkland (order #8336792). At that time, the restaurant was still serving customers inside — it was possible to enter the building and place a to-go order.
My son, who is 11 years old, had an urgent need to use the restroom. We asked the staff if he could use it, but we were told that the restroom was already closed. At the same time, the dining area for ordering was still open.
I politely asked several times for understanding, as this involved a child and a basic human need. I am a regular customer of this location and genuinely hoped the staff would be willing to help. Despite this, we were refused and told to go across the street to a gas station. It was late, and the situation caused significant stress and discomfort for my child.
I was deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility shown by the staff, especially considering that Chick-fil-A presents itself as a company founded on Christian values such as care for others, compassion, and humanity. In emergency situations like this — particularly when children are involved — I would expect a more humane and considerate approach.
I hope management will review this situation and take it into account going forward.

We like to get the grilled nuggets. Always consistent. 1/2 sweet tea as well. I’ve tried the ice cream once before and still didn’t like it today but it was hot out and so it served it’s purpose.
I love they have the AC in the play area and games on this counter to play with friends or family!
They have a new trash can system which is just a tiny bit annoying if there’s lots of people trying to throw their trash away at once. No biggie.
Everything was nicely stocked, except I didn’t see the customary hand wipes or mints they usually have everywhere.
Bathroom was cleaned and stocked.

My husband had a spicy deluxe burger and chicken nuggets. He liked both of them with Chick-fil-A sauce.

And I had a strawberry milkshake. It lacked a distinct strawberry flavor. It seemed to be primarily vanilla ice cream with only a minimal amount of strawberry syrup added.

Great resturant, I go in the mornings for breakfast, its tastier and fresher than McDonald’s, service was very prompt friendly and fast, I go into this location and not thru the drive thru,my work van is to big ,what’s great is you are greated like you are important and they care. It shows going anywhere else you never know how long you will wait, I like fact you place the order with a person and not a kiosk that has very little instructions on how to use let alone you only see the person for a quick second to pay and you are automatically given a number and that number becomes the name.in your order, chick-fil-A actually asks your name for the order and they call the name when its ready,.don’t ever change that, I enjoy the fact customer service still does exists and not like other places where the fastest way to get you out the door with your number unfortunately is what they consider good service, thank you for the service chick-fil-A.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered food online thinking I would just grab a quick sandwich on my way. There was signage in the parking lot directing to mobile pickup which just dumps into the drive through line which was 20 minutes long. I guess that means the food is popular but, my god, I’ll just order takeout next time. Every other mobile order I’ve ever placed with other businesses means my food is ready when I get there. Of course I was late to where I was going.

This is always a favorite late night Friday stop for me and we went through last night got some amazing of those amazing nuggets and of course a shake! The staff seem to really enjoy their job. They are so friendly and accommodating! Thanks again for a wonderful experience every time!!

They have lot of dining seats. The parking is good. The drive-in is super crowded. I find the serving staff very helpful.
The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was served quickly and it tasted great. Here is a chain that make sandwich with chunky tomatoes, pickles and good sized Chicken fillets . If you are in the area you should definitely give it a try.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jonah from Chick-fil-A for our Sugar + Spoon summer squad party, and the experience was truly outstanding. I met Jonah at a local event and asked if we could book the Chick-fil-A booth for our team party. Not only did he say yes, but he personally showed up on his day off weeks later to serve our team in person!
Jonah arrived early, was ready to go in minutes, brought a positive and professional energy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. His customer service was exceptional, and it really elevated the entire experience for our team. We went out of our way home to grab their fabulous mac and cheese and it was so worth it ! The customer service was great! Being new to the menu, they were patient with us and definitely extra helpful ! We will gladly go out of our way again, lol, for their food! No complaints here !
