We got sandwich , kids meal with grilled nuggets and mac and cheese . (Please note I did pepper the mac and cheese .)
In our personal experience, this Chick-fil-A has gotten better again. It was really solid for the first few years. We experienced some consistent issues, maybe around 2022 to 23. Only issues we really seem to have our. They always forget to give us one of our drinks… Usually it’s if we get a kids meal they forget the milk. That’s it!.
Burger morale performance, hospitality, accuracy and patient of orders has gotten better again. Continue to go back.
Not on this trip but on a previous trip they were they bingo night. It was from 6:00 to 7:00. I think it was on a Tuesday. Apparently they do events like this. It was fun. We really just go so our daughter can play in the play area and it when it’s wet out though
Lots of seating (ofourse it can fill up quic). Clean bathrooms and play area seems good overall.
I really like how they have so many different options depending on your likes or dietary restrictions. Their sandwiches, salads, mac and cheese soup are all great, for fast food and they really are a value. I’m not sure why anybody would like their ice cream. I think it’s pretty bad honestly, lol. Chocolate chip cookies are good! Brownies were pretty disappointing. The basic drink selection is great and they have some fun seasonal drinks too!
Parking is the biggest issue here, but that happens at every Chick-fil-A. Just be prepared to possibly need to park somewhere in the bigger parking lot. Depending on what time of day you go and how busy they are, it might not be an issue though!

This Chick-fil-A location is quite clean overall and the atmosphere is nice. There’s almost always people sat down and eating inside of the restaurant, but it’s not super noisy. The employees here are quite respectful and their service is quick and professional. I have not ordered food here before, I have only ever picked up DoorDash/Uber eats orders from this location, but their turnaround time on orders is very nice and quick. I’ve never really had to wait for an order to be picked up from this location thus far. Overall, no complaints at all, and I would definitely recommend this location.

I regularly get takeout from this location and things are usually fine, but I had a terrible experience this morning. I placed a drive-thru pickup order through the mobile app, but it took +20 mins just to get from the ordering kiosk to the pickup window. Looking through the window, it seemed severely understaffed (1 casher and 1 preparer) given how many cars were waiting in line.
I understand that it can happen, and I’m usually okay with that. But today, the Chick-fil-A Minis I ordered for my 4-year-old were undercooked. Thankfully, my son fell asleep on the way home, so I was the one who bit into the sandwich and discovered the issue. This is a serious food safety concern, especially for young children, who are more vulnerable to undercooked food. This location really needs to get back to proper standards.

Honestly I can’t tell how much I’m upset with them I order before 1030 and they told me you have to be here before 1030 way to go! Obviously it was hard driving with one hand maybe you guys should be more specific on pick up order and clarify we have be here by 1030 even though it online order for breakfast.! And they can’t even accommodate for disabled ppl.

Horrible customer service. The manager are lacking fundamental customer service skills. See photo, there were 3 orders ready and as one do the employees was helping a customer at the register, Manager in the black attire was just standing around doing nothing. They could have easily taken the orders out to the people waiting for their food. However their mindset is set on, if it’s not my job and someone else then I’m not going to do it. I’ve seen it happen multiple times and it’s the same managers.

This is the second time that I’ve come to this location and received inedible food. For a company that prides itself on being above the rest in customer service and quality of food this is very disappointing. I purchased the southwest chicken salad and was given what looks to be expired, orange, wilted lettuce with toppings that look equally unappetizing. The first time it happened, cfa offered me a reward to “make it right” and I was pleased enough to give it another try. When I ordered the same item a couple days later I encountered the same issue. This time when I reached out to customer service I was not helped at all. I lost money on the item as I was not going to eat expired food, but also had to go without lunch for the day as I went on my lunch break.

We just got in town for business. Sitting in traffic for hours caused frustrations and we were hangry. Wife ordered food from hotel and I came to pick it up. The manager Joyce, absolutely amazing. Her joy and friendly warmth went a long ways. She completely turned my evening around. Thank you to this kind, loving woman. You guys are lucky to have her.

Joyce the catering director is amazing and the only reason I will continue spending my money here. I received terrible service from the front of house supervisor(didn’t get her name) on 1/27 around 12 and after having to ask to speak to someone else I was finally helped. All the employees are very sweet and friendly except that foh lady.
