Never had a problem with CFA, ever. My family absolutely love this place BUT they royalty screwed up on my order and it’s a rookie move. Not only was the dude taking the order was in a rush to get done with us(my husband actually had to tell him “hold on wait, there’s more” but they missed the buns of the chicken deluxe sandwich!! They just straight up didn’t put the buns on and the guy taking our order REPEATED the order TWICE!! Ridiculous.

You can only use the drive through here. I was disappointed to see this as I was going to get food here for my toddler and me and it’s not easy when you can’t actually sit to eat food with one so young. Food is always good. They could open their dinning room.

It was our first time trying this restaurant. We were impressed by the lineups in the drive-thru. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary that would warrant such lineups. There was no dine-in area in the new Bellevue, WA store. We had to sit in a small outdoor dining area. The service was great. Definitely a place to go back (take-out).

Comparing Chik-fil-A and Popeyes. Popeyes has the better sandwhich brioche bun, crispier chicken and more than one piece of pickle. The Chik-fil-A strips are smaller and not as flaky and crispy as Popeyes. I know a lot of people like Chik-fil-A but I’m not a fan. I would take Popeyes anytime over Chik. I walked in, the service was quick, although I saw that the drive through line was into the street.

Dining area STILL closed. Employees stated due to covid regulations. However WHO and CDC have officially declared the pandemic over. I did not know the dining area was still closed and took my 2 year old there. We were forced to eat outside directly in front of the drive-thru line, where my toddler attempted to bolt multiple times. They do not offer high chairs right now either. I can’t imagine city of bellevue would allow such congested traffic on eighth Avenue exit. I got stuck for two hours on this exit, not knowing that the Chick-fil-A restaurant was the cause of this DAILY traffic jam! I WAS NOT IN LINE FOR FOOD EITHER!! I was just wanting yo take this exit.

Food was consistent for Chick-fil-A. However, this location is brutal. There is not enough space for the amount of drive-thru traffic they get, it’s so small for the two lanes that it appears cafe seating is closed (you could never reasonably park regardless).

This place is a constant nuisance on 116th. There is a lineup of cars going all the way into the street and people don’t know how to move up and not leave huge gaps so it makes it worse. They should have an employee managing the drive through traffic at all times but especially around lunch and dinner times.
