The Honest Truth
I haven’t been to a Chick-fil-A in a while, but as with most places, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. This place is set up to be more efficient, but they didn’t have the second pick-up lane open and we’re backing up the drive through by having the cars all consolidate to a single lane after ordering. Not thrilled with this set-up where there is no eating inside.
When I got my food, they partially followed the instructions for my wife’s Gluten Free food by putting it a separate bag, but put all the napkins s and sauces in my fully glutened bag. When I opened my very expensive sandwich container, the sandwich was the size of a McDonald’s Chicken sandwich and it wasn’t spicy at all. Oh, and then there is the staple Chick-fil-A sauce… for a place that is only a drive through, why are you giving me sauce that is meant to go on my sandwich in a dipping container? You can’t get it out… I had to use a fry to scoop it and spread it on my bun and I could only get about 2/3s of the container out.

Overall, disappointing, especially after the wait.

Food was always great! Friendly people. Came in with a few people today, I got the chicken nuggs and love the criss-cut fries. Friends for the sandos. The food was amazing! I love their sugar free lemonade.

My adult kids love this place. Me not a big fan. I have only had the grilled chicken sandwich and it tastes like a chem bomb to me. The fries a excellent as well as the beverages. Service is top notch. Love the ketchup packets!

The portion sizes have gotten so small is a disgrace. I report an issue with my order on the app, and it gave me an automatic coupon for a replacement. Came back a couple days later, and the portion sizes even worse!!!!!

Food- wonderful! Line- insane! No parking. That said they do the best they can possibly do can to keep the drive through moving. At any other fast food joint a line that long would take much longer.

It’s chick-fil-a. Solid spicy chicken burger, delightful waffle fries, and a tasty ice tea lemonade. It can get quite busy, especially the drive through. Service is great though. Orders were efficient, and a kind lady there came out to ask us how everything was

I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich. Drove 15 minutes home to find out I was given a spicy sandwich with nothing on it. When I saw my order wasn’t correct, I immediately drove back to the restaurant to show them my sandwich had nothing on it. The girl who rang in my order said she remembered me and that they would correct the mistake at the window. I waited in line for 10minutes. Once I got to the window, I waited 10 more minutes until my food was brought out. In this 20 minute timeframe, I was asked four times what my name and order was. The drive thru attendant came back and said “you need to pay for the difference because that sandwich is more expensive.” I did not mind paying the difference however, it was not my mistake. I told the drive thru attendant “okay” and he came back with my sandwich and said “Next time, come back immediately so we can change that out.” Next time. If there is a next time, I will be checking my bag and making sure I don’t waste another hour of my time for rude customer service. Paying $19 for a meal and getting two slices of bread with a chicken patty is absolutely absurd.

My Drive thru line took over 30 minutes while the other line was moving smoothly. When I got to the employee to order, she seemed to be new and not know how to use the system. Please train your employees a bit more before throwing them out to manage the drive thru lanes on their own.

Since I live about 40 minutes away, I only visit this Chick-fil-A about once a month when I have doctor appointments in the area. Typically, the food is hot, and the employees are courteous, maybe not the friendliest Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, but still polite and professional.
Where things start to fall apart is the drive-thru experience. There are usually two lanes set up, but it’s often unclear which lane to choose when pulling in (maybe if it’s your first time there?) I’ve seen drivers end up awkwardly between lanes, blocking traffic while they try to figure out what’s going on. Clearer signage at the entrance would go a long way toward preventing unnecessary congestion.
Lunch hours are understandably busy, but staffing doesn’t always seem to match the volume. Having only one order taker per lane – especially when one lane is clearly moving much slower – can be frustrating. Watching the opposite line move five or six cars ahead while yours barely creeps forward isn’t great, and a little extra support or management presence could likely help things move more evenly.
Order accuracy has also been inconsistent. Of my last five visits, my order was incorrect twice. Once I received sweet tea instead of unsweetened and didn’t realize it until I took a sip, already on the highway with no easy way to turn back. Another time, an item was missing entirely, and after spending so long in the drive-thru, I didn’t have the time to go inside to fix it. On my most recent visit, the food also wasn’t hot – more lukewarm, which was disappointing given the wait.
I’ll still come back, but only when I have extra time to spare. Until the drive-thru flow, staffing, and order accuracy improve, this location just isn’t dependable when you’re on a schedule.
