There is no indoor dining and no kids’ playground. You order outside or use the drive-through. A bit disappointing. The one in Hillsboro got playground. I feel like they (wood village and Gresham locations, know our area isn’t the best and didn’t want one with a playground. We still like Chick-fil-A; we’re just surprised by the building design.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a shake.
Bun was really dry, flaky and falling apart I didn’t like it.
Other than that everything else was good. Line was super long took 15+ minutes for a mobile order.

The new Wood Village Chick-fil-A is amazing! Everyone who works there has amazing customer service skills. They are genuinely kind and have prompt service. Tonight Zach assisted me with my order and was awesome! I have been there a few times and their service has been consistently excellent! So happy they have opened new place in Wood Village!

Food was fine but I order and got in line at 640 and got out of the line with my 2 chicken sandwich meals at 7:16. That is almost 40 minutes for a fairly simple order. They had one person running orders, and to be fair the dude was running. But I won’t be going back and will be warning anybody who who’ll listen no to go.

I love chic-fil-a but this location is the slowest drive through place I have ever been to. I visited it 4 times already and I don’t think I’ll come back. If I had time to sit around and wait I would go to a sit down restaurant. It’s a minimum of 20 minutes to get your order out, this last trip I waited 35 minutes. That’s Crazy!!!

People reviewing this location and bashing on the 15 minute wait in the drive through, or giving 3 stars because this Chick-fil-a doesn’t indoor seating or a no children’s play, take that up with corporate. There are many reasons why these amenities aren’t / weren’t available.
You guys are hard to please. In my old age I have learned to engage management if something isn’t to your liking. Most times you will hear why and may leave with a little education.

I drove up and was greeted by a nice young man. I asked if they had a Chicken Bowl and he answered yes so I ordered. I drove up to the pickup area and was handed my order. I got home to find out that my chicken bowl was actually Chicken noodle soup.
If he would’ve told me that it was soup I would have ordered a sandwich.

Super disappointed. My 1st time eating there. My order came out after 3 or 4 people who ordered after me. My chicken was so small it was mostly bun and it was over cooked. The fries were the only good thing. They gave us peppermint shake samples but the straw was cut so small I had to use it like a spoon and it became too much work. But the girl at the window was very friendly. Not sure if I will eat there again.

Ordered on the app, checked in, and waited in line for over 30-minutes. We could see our food on the counter while waiting in line. Shakes were melting and food was only warm by the time we got to the front of the line.

I was very pleased with the speed, accuracy, precision, and dedication of the employees of the Chick-fil-A outside Gresham, OR. I ordered the grilled wrap with fruit and a shake. Delicious. I will be coming back. I do hope they keep the Christmas milkshake year round. Bless you Chick-fil-A.
