I had several visits where they got my order wrong; either charge me for a meal when I just wanted a sandwich and a drink or I would order something and they didn’t charge me at first and asked me to pay again. They offer nothing for the inconvenience and frustration for the simplest task you could have in food industry which is taking the order from the customer. Food is great, if only the employee’s competence matched their food quality.

Used the drive through. The service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a decent line of cars. The only downside to this Chick-fil-A is their minimal space causing the drive thru line to feed into the road. I wouldn’t hold that against the staff here. Also, on the plus side if the line stays you can get back on the road fairly easy on the other side.

I will never come back to this place again.
I used the app to redeem a Free Reward and ordered biscuits. After waiting more than 30 minutes with nothing coming out, I finally asked what was going on. Apparently, the only thing that went through in their system was BBQ sauce.
Seriously — how many people walk into a restaurant and order just BBQ sauce?
What made it worse was that the staff at the counter didn’t offer a single word of apology. That tells me this kind of sloppy management is probably normal here.
If you’re not capable of running a business properly, offering a “Free Reward” program is actually counterproductive. All it does is create more customers who never want to return to your brand.
As of today, I’m one of them.

First off, WE LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!
This location is a walk-up carry out or drive thru. The drive thru has two lanes, and the pace moves pretty well. Expect longer lines around lunch and dinner times. Everyone is hungry. This location does get pretty busy.
The staff we always interact with are always friendly with a smile. They did forget to give us a second straw, but they probably overlooked due to how busy they were.
The food was awesome, as always. Fries were hot and crispy, and the chicken sandwiches tasted great. The lemonade is the best on the island. Be sure to ask for more sauces or ketchup if you think you need it.
Would definitely return to get our Chick-fil-A fix.

I ordered breakfast before 10:30am and was already in the drive-thru when they canceled my order because “breakfast ended.” That’s complete nonsense. Don’t take my order, make me wait in line, then pull it back because your clock flipped. That’s not a policy — that’s incompetence.

Drive thru only – never can go wrong with chic-fila – the egg white grill as a breakfast sandwich is their best healthy choice – very high in protein and just a very good sandwich overall.

One word sums up this place, mediocre. The drive thru whoever came up with this nonsense should be publicly shame because it is the stupidest idea in the history of fast food first your split into 2 lines Then a teenager drenched in sweat gives you a menu and attempts to take your order. After that, you have to merge back into one line And and then people behind you are getting their orders first. I’d like to know who was the genius behind this idea Because my God, it is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen completely ruins a good Chicken Sandwich experience.

Normally, visiting a new Chick-fil-A, especially in Hawaii, is a delight. However, my recent experience at Chick-fil-A Makiki was extremely disappointing.
First off, the drive-thru was chaotic. Despite only having two cars in front of me, we sat there for at least 15 minutes with no movement. It was so slow that my wife actually got out of the car, ordered at the window, and received our food before the drive-thru line even started moving. This is not the efficiency I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
But the biggest letdown was when we arrived around 10:00 a.m., fully aware it was still the breakfast menu. We were willing to wait for a Chick-fil-A sandwich, their hero product, which should be available all day according to Chick-fil-A standards. However, the employee refused and said they couldn’t do that until 10:30 a.m. I understand if there are certain rules, but the refusal came across as either poor training or a lack of willingness to accommodate a simple request.
This experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, and it left me disappointed in what is usually one of my favorite fast-food spots.

I was in line with a valid breakfast order placed before the cutoff, and they stopped me mid-drive-thru to cancel it because their system switched to lunch. That’s absurd. If you accept an order, you should honor it — not punish customers for waiting in the line you created.
This was unprofessional, frustrating, and a total waste of my time.
