Big Fish Dive Club
We stopped by for a quick bite. The service was excellent as the young man who took our order was patient with our questions. The place was very clean and it had a children area with some toys and books, which our 14-month old granddaughter loved it. The food was meh, but perfectly fine for a fast food joint. Our granddaughter also liked her grilled chicken kids meal.

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers a satisfying dining experience. I recently tried the chicken strips with fries and iced tea, and they did not disappoint. The chicken strips were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the golden, seasoned fries. The iced tea was refreshing, and the side kale salad added a healthy, flavorful touch to the meal. To top it all off, I enjoyed an ice cream cone for dessert, which was a creamy and delightful way to end my visit. Chick-fil-A continues to impress with its quality food and pleasant service.

Very good food. We had the kale salad which was excellent alongside the normally excellent sandwiches and waffle fries. Chick-fil-A is great at modifying the food like serving the fries without salt on request.

It was disappointing that this chick fil a didn’t have a military discount.Though, that may sound greedy, veterans really get acknowledged.Anywhere anymore and for 6 sandwiches, one fry and a coke was $50 dollars.Seems a bit excessive. I also waited almost 15 minutes from my order to be prepared. 4 regular chicken sandwiches and 2 spicy, for being there most common sandwiches. By the time I walked to my car to start eating the fries were cool and the 2 spicy sandwiches I ordered for myself were warm not hot. I guess the wrappers they use are only good for 5 min not 15 min

Pretty happy with the service here. Staff are super nice, especially this person named Lakan (?) who took my order and was very cordial.
Food is good. Sunjoy very yummy. I am happy you can get refills.
Restaurant is also very clean. There’s always been staff going around tending to the tables when I come in.

I have been a customer of Chik-fil-a since it has opened on the mainland and have been to many locations. This one was probably the slowest location I have been to. It wasn’t due to a large number of customers either as I have been to other locations with far more customers that got me thru the line faster. I found it odd that there was a lane specifically for online orders. While I was waiting I saw maybe 2 cars go into that lane. It otherwise remained empty while everyone else was in the other lane going thru the drive thru. It seems like if both lanes were used for drive thru orders this would allieviate this problem.
Otherwise, food was good as expected and the folks taking the orders were nice as always. Just looks like this place could be way more efficient then it is.

I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean – fantastic and customer service even better. All the staff at this location are fantastic, the cashier and server, Chanel, a complete and total professional and a first class lady!

What an awesome place! We were on vacation from Australia and visited this venue 3 times during our stay. It was quickly apparent that this place is different to the average fast food chain. Service is very good, staff are super friendly and attentive, very genuine. Food was made efficiently and was great. Thank you, we will be back and will spread the word about this place!

This newer Chick-fil-A in Kapolei is an absolute home run! It delivers the signature excellent food and service in a fantastic, modern facility. The best part is the commitment to comfort: there is ample parking outside and incredibly generous seating inside. So coming home from a very tiring work, I craved chick fil a’s spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. So I got home, and showered and after that I was ready to just relax and enjoy my sandwich, only then to find out that there was no chicken in the sandwich. I went back to talk to the manager but I don’t think it was the manager who talked to me, I had a feeling it was another crew member, she didn’t know how to handle the situation and had to remorse of me coming back just to complain. I had to drive back to just have my sandwich change and she was like I’m so sorry about that let me just change it, did you want some cookie with it? Then I was like you know just next time try not to make that mistake because I was home already after my long shift with no sleep it was frustrating just to drive back here. Anyways, I know we all make mistakes, but having no chicken in a chicken sandwich is just annoying. I didn’t order vegetable sandwich. See picture below, it was after I warmed it up after my shower. I opened it up so I can put the chick fil a sauce but there was no chicken in it. Disappointing!
