This is a amazing place to get a chicken sandwich. Chick fil a has so many options for the chicken sandwich. I also really like that they have salads, fruit cups, and yogurt parfait just to name a few. This has to be the cleanest fast food place to dine in. 5/5 on customer service. 5/5 on the food. 5/5 for the environment.

This was my first visit to Chick-fil-A. The food was outstanding, considering this is a fast food restaurant. The way staff is pleasant and the process is fairly efficient. We ate in the restaurant. It was fairly minimal seating but clean. Just a little more expensive than typical fast food, but the quality of the food justifies the price. I would certainly return on occasion.

I have loved chick fil-a since the first time I had it for the kids meals. They offer healthy options for the kids. My daughter is on a very restricted low sodium diet and chick fil-a is one of the only places she can eat. I placed an order on the app tonight and the app customization changed to where I couldn’t make the fries with no salt. I called the location and spoke to a guy name Marco I believe. He was so nice and helpful. He made sure my daughter got the meal she can have and said he would make sure he told everyone when my order came in to make it with no salt. He made this whole experience so much better and easier. I appreciate the staff at the gold river location and I’m happy with the choices they have for the different diets. I never feel rushed or like a burden when ordering my super custom orders.

This location has been my favorite for awhile (during COVID, they had their restaurant organized, staff maintained its friendly and professional demeanor and it was a familiar relief during such a crazy time … I’ve since left the area and returned and visited to find the same quality, friendly, professional staff and fresh delicious food. It’s always busy but I’ve never felt neglected nor had to wait excessively. This crew has it all the way together and it’s greatly appreciated.

I really like Chick-fil-A but the photo speaks for itself. It would be nice if I could get some fries with my dinner that I paid 12.00 for. I did not eat any and there’s none extra in the bag!
