This place was really great. Nice young man named Caleb took my order. Atmosphere was great loved the place.

Only complaint is my nuggies were overcooked.

When I go back and theyre cooked fine I’ll change to 5 stars

Really good experience here. There was a mixup with the app and the worker and manager patiently helped out. The chicken and fries both came out hot and crispy.

I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and disrespectful service I received from an employee named Laura while I was picking up an order as a DoorDash driver.

When I arrived at the restaurant, the order was already prepared. Even so, I waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When Laura finally acknowledged me, I informed her that the customer had requested extra sauce. I clearly showed her the message from the customer confirming this request, yet she refused to provide the additional sauce without any reasonable explanation.

The situation became even more uncomfortable when I attempted to message the customer to update them about the issue. At that point, Laura became visibly irritated and began treating me very rudely and disrespectfully.

I would like to emphasize that I was also working, representing DoorDash and serving your customer. The way I was treated was unacceptable and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. An employee in a public-facing role should be able to communicate respectfully and handle simple requests without hostility.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and that appropriate action or training is provided to ensure this does not happen again.

This Chick-fil-A location is my absolute favorite! The staff is always warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food is consistently high quality, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service. A special thank you to Susanna for the occasional complimentary items—it’s thoughtful gestures like these that make this location stand out even more. Highly recommend!

Please reorg your mobile ordering and pickup. 3rd x and last x experience ordering and paying through app, only to arrive and not only is the order not ready after flagging arrival, but multiple times having to reorder in person because the order was paid for but not prepared nor processed. If the goal is to become more massive like McD, I would kindly suggest that CHKFLA mimics the drive through process that McD has finessed. A customer orders and pays on app, drives to CHKFLA, enter the “mobile ordering” lane, running parallel to drive through lane, each designated separately, scanned to notify again that I had arrived for pickup mobile order. And then, however the mobile ordering pick up lane ended with road/lane blocks, with no one servicing. Unwilling to merge with drive through so as not to cut off or interrupt the 12 cars in carry out lane drive through customers. I pulled up in the pull up lane and asked if I could pick up my order which read that it was ready. 22 minutes later, I received my lemonade and chicken sandwich. GM should look at logistics and figure out a process that actually and sustainably works. Perhaps shut down mobile delivery lane completely and require all mobile app orderers to come in for pick up. Or perhaps make carry out/pick up lane only mobile app pickup. And more staff for outside/external business. This has been my 3rd time for mobile app and I’ve always had to add 15-28 minutes upon arrival to pick up a preorder, paid order. From now on but not in the near future, it’s dine in or go in to order out. The system in place is chaotic, poorly managed, and dyspeptic.

Atmosphere was fine here with lots of foot traffic and energy having a mall walking distance across the parking lot. That said the tables weren’t clean even though there were plenty of workers standing around doing very little who could have picked them up and wiped them down. It felt more like a teenage hangout with lots of kids working who really could care less about doing what needed to be done. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day – but the place really was kind of a mess. The person who took my order and brought me my food were both very nice so I have to compliment them on that. Main reason for my negative review is the new maple bacon limited sandwich. I love maple more than anyone – but I have to be honest…that sandwich was terrible in my opinion. It smelt weird, and I thought tasted weird. Maple and pickles don’t mix in my opinion. I was excited about it when I heard about it but now that I have had one….never again! That sandwich was a big mistake creation in my book.

I love Chick-Fil-A and typically I have a great experience however the last 2 times at this particular location have been subpar. The last time I was there, I went inside to order, I wasn’t able to get into the restroom without a code on the receipt because I hadn’t ordered. Once I did get the code, the door still would not open. I finally got in, and the bathroom was a mess. As I was ordering my food, I realize the music I hear is coming from the kitchen, Honestly, I was very surprised to hear music in the kitchen at Chick-Fil-A. Today, I went again and asked for extra ice in my iced tea. I got no ice and now I’m trying to eat my salad with a knife I found in my backpack as I was not given utensils with my order. I may have to frequent another location for my Chick-Fil-A visits.

This location is quite bad. The servers are careless and sometimes don’t understand English. One guy taking orders at the drive-through had no idea what is Dr Pepper. Also, if your order isn’t somehow messed up, the product you receive here isn’t as good compared to other locations. The drive-through at the Daly City location is full of crazy drivers, most of which probably shouldn’t have a drivers license. lol

Food taste ok. healthier options, i.e. there’s grilled chicken and salad. But I like the crisscut fries the most.
