Amazing service!
As expected, the quality of food and service at this location is spectacular. The menu is the same, and the workers are just as nice. The food was crazy fresh, and we barely had to wait, even though we ordered a lot of food.
* Waffle Fries: 10/10 – crispy, hot, and fresh
* Nuggets: 8/10 – perfectly cooked
We had a little issue regarding the use of the app, but the worker who scanned it at the register was able to resolve it easily. She was also very apologetic and kind, which made the entire situation completely understandable.
The interior of the location is also very spacious. There were plenty of tables and highchairs to choose from, as well as booths to sit at. The only downside about this specific location is the drive-thru. It seems relatively tight, so I can’t imagine what it’d be like getting in and out at peak times.
Nevertheless, we had a pleasant experience!

Just had a meal here and was completely blown away by the amazing people that work here, The customer service was top notch. The food was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was well maintained and very clean. Edelith was so very kind and asked us about our trip and really just made sure our experience was top notch. Thanks again for making our day just a little brighter! We will make sure to stop at this specific CFA on our next trip. From Idaho with love!

Food is decent. Another fried chicken place. I will say fried chicken is their specialty though. Not the grill chicken. Definitely will be getting fried chicken next time.
Service however. The cashier was friendly and patient with my order. However while sitting in the dining area the manager went around putting up the curtains. And would just reach over the tables people were eating at without such as an excuse me or may. Very rude for us that were eating and having some random employe reach over our food.

READ THE REVIEWS! Looks like this is a common issue. I ordered breakfast through the app and waited in the drive-through to check in. I marked that I was at the restaurant before 10:30am and was in line. The line was moving slowly, and when we finally reached the speaker, we were told my order was canceled. Why? I drove all the way there and waited for nothing. The cancellation still doesn’t show in my app and I haven’t received a refund. It’s not the customer’s fault when the drive-through line is slow but we are there waiting for our food. Why offer this option if you’re just going to cancel orders and not notify us? Very frustrating experience. Very disappointed with how this was handled and with the lack of accountability. This experience completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Do better.

There are two lines in the Drive-Thru. I waited behind one car for 10 minutes while the other line went with four cars because the one associate with having issues deciding if the ice cream machine was working. Then the said associate, after making me wait 10 minutes after I clicked that “I was there” for my online order traded out with another associate and then they talked for another 3 to 5 minutes while I waited and three other cars went. I cannot believe the customer service and how terrible it is here. I mentioned to the lady that was taking her time getting to me, that I’ve been waiting a long time and she look at me dead in my eyes and said all those people in front of you are waiting too. She then took 1 more minute before clicking my order through. By this time 7 cars from the other lane went through total before me. Not one associate cared or even considered how they affected me or my customer experience.
