I would like to give a sincere shout-out to the cashier who was working during my pickup order today.
I came in with two youth from a local STRTP who were trying to purchase a meal and needed to confirm the exact total to make sure they had enough money. While we were figuring that out, a gentleman walked in and we allowed him to go ahead of us.
During the interaction, I tapped him lightly on the shoulder to get his attention and ask a quick question. He became upset and accused me of inappropriate behavior (sexual harassment). I immediately apologized and stepped away from the counter with the youth to respect his feelings and de-escalate the situation. Despite this, he continued to raise concern and make accusations.
Throughout the entire situation, the cashier remained calm, professional, and understanding. She handled the moment with maturity and composure, and her demeanor helped prevent the situation from escalating further. Her manager also stepped in to assist, and I was able to receive my order and leave.
Before leaving, I apologized to her for the disruption, and she responded with kindness and reassurance, which I truly appreciated. What could have been a much worse experience was eased by her calm presence and professionalism.
Please recognize her for the excellent customer service she demonstrated. It made a difficult and embarrassing situation much easier to walk away from.

Recently went to Chick-fil-A to get my wife breakfast on her way to work, so I also ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. I had a good experience in Wilmington, NC, and since we are in California, what could go wrong?
Well, my breakfast burrito was more like a wrap. All the ingredients were cold ❄️. When I went back, they offered to make me something else, but it was $1.00 to $1.65 less. I’m not going to give away free money, so I asked for my money back and went to AM Goodness Cafe on Vista, where the food is amazing.
I know a lot of people enjoy this place, and so do I, but not for breakfast.

Service was fast and the food came out quickly and fresh! Our experience is always amazing, with the workers showing kindness and being very helpful. Was the last day for the peppermint milkshake, and is definitely the best milkshake by far!!

While visiting this location I witnessed a tall man wearing a brown jacket and white/cream turtleneck fixing and putting orders in bags sneeze. Whae he sneezed he pulled his turtleneck over his mouth and continued to work. He shortly received a phone call and took his phone out to talk. He then walked through the lobby while talking on the phone to the bathroom. The man reappeared shortly from the bathroom still talking on his phone and then walked back behind the counter to continue working. He was standing right in front of a sink which he didn’t use. I asked for fries with no salt which had salt on them. Which when I noticed it did not mention on the receipt I asked the cashier Amiya and she replied oh yes. Lastly on condiments were covered in something sticky which was tossed in the bag on top of the fries. Which I didn’t understand because I overheard two workers discussing what to do with a box of condiments that was sticky so they gave it the customer. I visited this location plenty of times but this between the man talking on phone walking from the counter to bathroom and back and my food incorrect it was not a good experience at all!
