Sorry to be the one but rushing thru the drive thru process is not working for you… time for a change Chic Filet. Customer service should be the priority. I asked for a large coffee I got a small, I asked for French Vanilla creamer I got half n half, I asked for 3 chic filet sauces I got 2 and got a look after asking for another.

The worst Chic Fil A experience I’ve ever had. With how much they charge for the food, they should be staffed and trained up enough to provide an acceptable dine-in experience. All of the tables were dirty. No trays were provided, making the tables much dirtier than necessary. Staff doesn’t even know what’s on the orders. I didn’t bother asking them to walk back and get my honey-bbq sauce that comes with my grilled sandwich because I could tell they already had their hands full. Parking lot in front of the store is only for curbside pickup, forcing you to walk over a minute just to get inside to a dirty restaurant. This location is poorly managed and doesn’t properly represent the brand.

I once came to this location during lunch just a few minutes after breakfast had ended, even though I wanted breakfast and they were kind enough to give me breakfast items 🙂 they smiled so much, made me laugh and made my day. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO Kylie she was so nice and AWESOME.

All of the workers were very nice and helpful. One of the workers especially went above and beyond that made my day, especially after finals week. He was super kind to my friend and I. It’s been my pleasure eating here at this establishment.
