My first time at Chick-fil-A and it was amazing! I didn’t realize Americans order outside at kiosks it was really interesting to see. I ended up eating in my car, but I wasn’t sure if there was any seating available. Great food and a unique experience overall.

Have always loved the food here. The biscuit chicken sandwiches are awesome. But the service was juat spot on and Amanda was perfect. She took care of her customer. Was so nice and caring in doing it. Need more people like her!!!!!

The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. So many people working wasn’t busy lady I registered took too long for ladies order and all these employees are standing around talking and not acknowledging that there’s a line for people to order my experience every time I come here it’s terrible. They need to work on their customer service.

Violet was amazing! She came by with such a kind smile and made sure our table was spotless. Little things like that really make a difference and made our visit feel extra welcoming. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!

Was in today at 1:30 pm Nov 20,2025 in the drive through. I’ve ordered a chicken cool wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing. First they completely had my name wrong, ordered my waffle fries with no salt and they gave them with salt plus they were extra soggy. My drink was also wrong had to return to get the right one. To top it off my avocado lime dressing was open, no napkins none at all. I was really disappointed. Been there a few times due to work but I don’t know if would like to return back.

Chick-fil-A is a fast-food chain restaurant in Ontario that serves chicken sandwiches, strips, and nuggets along with salads and sides. We went to this place twice. This place gets crowded most of the time. They have plenty of delicious options such as Chick-fil-A signature chicken sandwiches, salads, chicken nuggets, breakfast items, and many more. Their food is good and the overall service is also appreciable. The price seems okay.
