So I have to say this. It brings me delight and over abundant elatement to give a vast plethora of kudos to the manager of this Chick-fil-A establishment.
First and foremost, I’ve been a business owner for 26 years and one of the things I tell people in common conversation is that a business is only as good as their management. A great manager can make decent employees look stellar, but this manager has the “it” factor. I can already tell by the way that this young man handles situations with a high level of conflict, resolution skill that he will be in upper tier corporate management of Chick-fil-A in no time.
I watched him diligently and respectfully ask a young lady who was parked in the handicap illegally with no plate or placard to move her car before she could be served. As a handicap person myself it was just amazing to see how beautifully he handled this because there are too many times that non-handicap people park in a handicap stall when there are a plethora of Injured veterans and every day handicap older people that need those handicap parking spaces. In addition, he was very respectful and cordial to the young girl in such a way that he didn’t belittle her or make her feel ashamed but she understood that she made a mistake. That’s conflict resolution skills. Not everyone has that and I would say out of 10 people maybe one person out of 10 has those type of skills to deal with the populous on an everyday basis. In addition when I pulled up to get my order, you can tell that his management style is relaxed, but authoritative. Employees want to work for a manager like this. Employees want to be lead by a leader like this. I’m telling you it was a vast joy to see this young man manage people in situations.
In addition, this Chick-fil-A store is extremely clean inside and out. The parking lot is flourishing with no trash or debris to be found. Little things like this make patrons like me want to go out of our way to frequent this establishment as opposed to going to their sister store by Ontario Mills. Their sister store is very nice too, but this Chick-fil-A store is next level. I’m humbly appreciative that I was able to eat at this establishment and spend my dollars here.
In conclusion, I want to just reiterate how amazing that young Manager is and I want to wish him all the beautiful and best luck in his future endeavors and hopefully corporate management sees what he’s doing so he can ascend to the next level and be a greater help to one of the best American restaurant establishments in the history of our country. Some may say I’m embellishing, but I use my words precisely. When people frequent this restaurant, they will see what I see and they will leave glowing reviews like I just did.

I attended AFC 2025 at the Ontario Convention Center nearby this location right in the AM and I gotta say the view is beautiful in the morning here! I had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A and it made my day already good from the start! The spicy chicken biscuit was so fresh and delicious and the cookies and cream milkshake was perfectly blended and handcrafted! So smooth and rich and sweet with a cherry to top it off! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and hospitality for my first time here in Ontario! Would love to come again to a convention and stop by this location again!

Wow. I don’t usually review restaurants, let alone fast food, but the service and experience were so outstanding I couldn’t resist. Jett, who took my order, was so much more than an order taker. I don’t know if I can explain how professional, welcoming, and just nice he was. He was also efficient…taking care of new orders, pick-up orders, straightening outdoor seating chairs, and asking something meaningful to each customer. If I was in my home state, I would honestly try and recruit him for our business! The food was also fresh and delicious.

Had a quick lunch here, it was amazing. The food was great (for a modestly priced meal) but the service was off the charts! They record your name and address you personally. Nothing is too much trouble.
The outdoor seating was great and they even had fresh flowers at the tables. Fantastic.

There has not been a time that I’ve come to this one and they have gotten my order right. It’s like they’re zombies, I will order 3 things and all 3 things will be wrong. One of the biggest things this place will continuously neglect is their fries. If I order an entree and say I WANT FRIES I will get my bag and not a single fry will be in the bag, mind you your talking to a human being before you get to the drive thru window and they replay the order back to you so why when I get my food to feed my family there is only one meal in the bag? It’s my last trip at this Chik fil a, yall don’t listen, yall walk around the restaurant without a thought in the world. It’s like 2 year olds everywhere in the building not a single adult in sight with proper hearing. 3 TIMES AND YOU CHARGE ME MONEY TO GIVE ME WHAT I DIDNT ORDER WHY IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN???

Had a wonderful breakfast outside with the bright gleaming sun! Fresh medallion hashbrowns and spicy biscuit are always a need for me.
The staff are all extremely friendly and ready to put a smile on your face! It’s for certain that this place will be packed with customers once the word gets around & people start to notice it. Plus on the flipside, it makes it easy for families to pick between burgers from In & Out and get Chick-Fil-A if the family can’t agree on one place!

I went recently to get food at the window/ counter and employees kept walking by. It continued, 3 people and no one was noticing. No windows were open. I already knew what I wanted and frustrated 7 minutes later a worker opened the window to get my order. An older gentleman called me up to give me my order after, and being overly nice. He clearly knew I was unhappy with the service, the drive thru should have equal priority as walk up customers And employees should peer to their windows to avoid having dissatisfied/ unhappy customers. I was annoyed with the gentleman’s overly niceness. Customer service from the beginning should be a good one, not when the eatery goofed and is aware of the bad situation. I was still upset but composed. Not returning. I’m sure, I’ll get ignored- again.

Always known for customer service but this one is extra special. The crew was amazing – Rosa was so helpful and patient with all our asks. The gentleman training her, who’s name I missed, was equally as kind and patient. Def worth a visit if you’re in the area.

I come to this location frequently and each time is a pleasant experience! All team members have been friendly and welcoming. Service is always quick. Mae and Nick have been especially helpful. Definitely recommend this location.
