The operations of this location are a textbook example of efficiency. When we arrived, we noticed a long drive-thru line and made the choice to mobile order and do a counter pick-up. After placing the order and heading inside, we realized the counter service area was just as slammed as the drive-thru. I was pleasantly surprised to hear my name called not even five minutes after walking in.

We love this place and have been coming for years but for months the fries are so over salted they burn your mouth. We’ve told managers but they don’t stop. Please STOP! Also overfilling drinks so they spill up through lid in car and onto pants and seat is so frustrating. Please go back to your old ways.

Always enjoy eating at chick-fil-A. I’m very picky when it comes to chicken sandwiches so me liking there’s says a lot. It’s just a great quality chicken sandwich all around, and to what makes it even more impressive is despite how busy they get they get they still manage to give you good quality service. Can’t say the same for a lot of other popular fast food chains.

Sometimes they forget to salt the fries, the tea is also often sour indicating they are not rinsing the brewing containers after each brew (which is protocol). Nice staff, one time they forgot my order and I got a gift card as compensation. Sometimes it takes way too long to get a refill or sauce when dining in, but its a minor flaw as they are often slammed with customers. Overall a decent chickfila.
