The Chick-fil-A near the Arcadia Pasadena area is exactly what you expect from a well run Chick fil A.
Service is consistently fast, friendly, and organized, even during busy meal times. Orders are accurate, food is hot and fresh, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving without feeling rushed or chaotic.
The dining area is clean and well maintained, and the drive thru operation is efficient compared to most fast food locations in the area. This location clearly has strong management and training in place.
Whether you are grabbing a quick bite while traveling or stopping in locally, this Chick fil A is dependable and delivers a consistently good experience.
Would absolutely stop here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Great franchise location! The owner Lamar is amazing and very supportive of the community. We worked with them and the city to install a Route 66 themed mural ahead of the 2026 Centennial as well as the new Satoru Tsuneishi Park that the artwork will face. I’m excited about being able to enjoy some lunch and bring the kid to the park! The location is also close to hotels for those traveling historic Route 66.

I love the lights they have decorating where you order for drive through. It’s also heated, glad they take good care of their workers. They are friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait too long to get food. Would come back to this location.

CHECK YOUR FOOD AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! I ordered a Cobb salad and specifically asked for no chicken and no bacon. I didn’t bother looking at the salad and hopped on the freeway, which was a huge mistake because when I got to my destination I found the salad was covered in chicken and bacon bits. Upon checking my receipt I noticed that the drive-through did not take my order correctly. Therefore, the kitchen did not prepare my order correctly. I would have easily blamed the kitchen staff for not following my request of no bacon and no chicken, but that request was not translated to them by the boy who took my order at the drive-through. I’m so disappointed to have wasted my money. Some of my family members eat chicken but NONE eat pork so the salad unfortunately had to be thrown away as the bacon bits are too tiny to remove.

Because I wanted to eat more vegetables, I ordered two orders of lettuces, but when I got the sandwich, I was surprised to find that there was less lettuce in them than in a normal chicken sandwich. Additionally, the chicken patty in the sandwich was very thin and dry. I’ve eaten a lot of Chick-fil-A sandwiches, and this was my most disappointing experience.
