What’s going on at this place? Twice in one week my order has been messed up. I use the drive-thru for fast convenience and trust that when I drive away, my order is exactly as I ordered it — but once again, items were missing. Food is Cold! As what I’m reading there’s an issue at this location.

With as many people working there, you’d think they could get it together at the drive-thru. What’s upsetting is having to stop and check my order every time, and sure enough, it’s not what I ordered or something is missing.

Nothing is worse than realizing your order is wrong, having to park, get out of your car, and wait an additional 10 minutes on top of the drive-thru wait — and all you get is a quick “I’m sorry” and a cookie.

I’ve given this Chick‑fil‑A more chances than any location deserves, and today officially ended it for me. When they first opened, I assumed the issues were just opening jitters, but it’s clear now that this is simply how this location operates. The service is consistently slow, even early in the morning when things should be running smoothly. I come around 6:45 AM and order the same simple breakfast every time, yet I always end up waiting eight minutes or more with no communication. The staff takes my payment, walks away, and never acknowledges the delay.

The food quality is all over the place as well. Some days it’s fine, other days it feels like a completely different restaurant. It’s so inconsistent that I’ve genuinely wondered who is cooking each morning.

Today was the final straw. I waited several minutes at the drive‑thru kiosk with no response, and the car in front of me actually gave up and left. When someone finally took my order, the line moved painfully slow. At the window, they confirmed the wrong name twice, even though only one lane was open. Apple Pay seemed to confuse the staff completely, and after an awkward exchange, they finally processed the payment. Then, after all that, they handed me someone else’s entire order. Apparently Michael’s breakfast is a big deal to them, because they kept asking about him, but I’m the one who drove off with his spicy chicken sandwich, egg‑and‑chicken creation, and English muffin with egg and sausage.

By the time I reached my office, it was too late to go back. I tried calling, hoping to reach a real person or at least request a gift card, but I couldn’t get past the automated system. This location simply does not uphold the standards Chick‑fil‑A is known for. Slow service, poor communication, inconsistent food, and now completely incorrect orders. I won’t be returning.

Unless your name is Michael — in which case, they’re looking for you, and I have a few questions about your breakfast choices.

A very clean and vibrant Chick-fil-A Chain located close to the corner of Orangethorpe and Valley View Blvd. Food is of course of the regular Chick-fil-A style. I was in a hurry and needed a little filler upper for my stomach. I got the 8pc. Grilled Chicken nugget with the Chick-fil-A Sauce to go. Service was fast soon as you ordered it in a few minutes you have it. Which of course the way fast food is served. Good job for the service people manning the counter.

Used the drive-thru. They were employees in the drive-thru lane taking your order. Everything was very efficient and fast. The food was okay but my chicken patty was a little bit overcooked, but still tasty.

The person that waited on us this morning was very nice and knowledgeable. When we received our food it was hot, including the coffee, normally it is warm. Kudos to Chick-fil-A.

I went to this chick fil a location for the first time Saturday 6/21 order was placed at 8:31 pm girl that took my order was very sweet her name was Janessa. We did recieve our food from a girl named EMMA I did ask “can I please get buffalo and ranch” straight ignored me grabbed ranch and threw it right in the bag she walked off with a attitude Ilooked at her like are you crazy??? She got Buffalo and threw it again into my bag the worse customer service never once did she say thankyou or anything! I worked with food and customer service for 5 years that’s no customer service she gave at all !

I’m so tired of ordering from them on Uber Eats and NEVER getting my order right! EVER! I spend a small fortune! Could you please try and get my order right? Tonight was the last straw. I’m sick, I paid $10 for soup and crackers. I needed those crackers and guess what I didn’t get! CRACKERS! And yes I requested them! I made my whole family eat here so I could get soup and I didn’t get the one thing I needed the most. Every time we order online something is wrong. Please teach your workers how to process online orders!

The saddest little muffin I ever got. They also handed me the wrong order. I tried biting into it but it wasn’t even edible at all They weren’t even busy- was the only car on the drive thru. Wasted my time and money for a sad burnt muffin and I had to go to work hungry.
