I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches with all toppings two times in a row. But neither had tomato slices. The first time there was a staff telling me they were out of tomatoes but nothing was even told when I ordered the same item again. No apology whatsoever. This place is a rip off. They limit sauces and they cut their chicken really small. My 12 count Nuggets didn’t even fill half the box. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that that’s just the way they are. Which is not true at any other location.
They limit sauces, charge for extra ones, and have terrible customer service. Which is shocking for a Chik fil A.
Seriously. Avoid this location.

Like many others have stated, this location continues to drop off. This is sad because it was excellent. The service is still good, but the value / portion is really diminishing .
This scramble bowl cost $6.00 and it used to be full and have a whole piece of sausage. I though it was a one off and it happened again 3 times so I have just stopped going.
If they don’t value me as a customer I am not giving them my hard earned cash.

We used to go here often, but the portion amount started getting smaller and smaller Every Single Time we came in. We’ve had fries, ice cream and Mac and cheese come half filled.
We love the food and the workers are great. But I don’t like being cheated out of my money. There’s plenty of other restaurants nearby. We will go to Raising Cane’s from here on.

Well this location has fallen from the graces of our Family. Last week I ordered a Large Fry and was disappointed as I drove away when I realized that my Large Fry was just a so so fry. Basically a medium equivalent of what we used to get. Tonight my wife picked up a meal for me but checked my fries knowing what had happened previously. Sure enough another sad Fry. She asked that they be fixed and “my pleasure” became, “I can’t, that’s as high as we are permitted to fill them. So sad. I guess Raising Cains will become our new Chicken stop.

This location is constantly out of items or at least not updating their online menu. Lemonade, pretzel sandwich, RANCH, and now today there’s no Mac and cheese! Then when I get there they usually let me know they do have the items but the app was still shut down for it, but I’ve already purchased me items because their lines are usually too long not too preorder. The last time we went here right before Christmas they didn’t have RANCH. I bought food for 6 children and 4 adults and there were 3 ranch to share. They have also forgotten to pack my husbands grilled chicken sandwich at least twice.
Not to mention you can’t get gift cards in the drive thru. That wouldn’t normally be a problem, but I’m upset with this location so it adds.
And when I wanted to just let them know I’m tired of them being out of everything all the time, there’s no way to contact them if I haven’t ordered food recently. So here I am just filling in the review. Thank goodness the raising canes was just put in nearby.

Even though this location is rather new, they operate like an old lazy Chick fil A. The food is never quite right. It doesn’t taste freshly fried. Seems like it lamp sat or it’s flimsy and slightly undercooked. I think the franchise owner has other locations and invested all this $ but carried over his bad habits of not making the food fresh and hot. It’s almost like they do a quick microwave zap on everything to ensure it tastes mediocre. The good news is they move customers fairly quickly? But I’d gladly wait an extra 30 seconds to ensure my food is properly cooked.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have been to. The chicken sandwiches are alwayss fresh and cooked perfectly, staff are neat and well kept, and it’s always really clean. This is the only Chick-fil-A I will go to because they are consistent in both their food and service. I would also like to compliment Yacob, the order taker in the drive thru. Everytime he takes my order he is always smiling and looks like he is genuinely happy to be there, gets my name right, gets my order right, and overall provides a quick yet positive experience.

So weird but the food tastes different at this location. I live so close it’s sad that the food is worse here compared to Eastern and Stephanie locations. Multiple times my chickens breading is not good and the chicken chews like rubber. I don’t know why. I’m hoping this review helps them figure it out. This location is consistently out of items as well. Mac and cheese is constantly out. If this store is managed by someone other than other Henderson location I ask you to seek their help in making this location better. It’s not front line employees as they are all amazing. It’s either the food prep or cooking that is lacking along with food ordering.

i dunno… started going here for their salads because they’ve been consistently fresh and delicious, today they had no tomato’s and barely any cheese. the lettuce looks sad too. is this a permanent decrease in quality? afraid to go back just in case.
