Still Seeking
First time at Chick-fil-A. Drive up was fairly quick. Southwest salad was good. Good portion size, tasted good. Fries are cut differently and the take up lots of space in the fry carton. I don’t think you get as many as when they are straight cut. Kids got chicken nuggets, they seem better than average.

Ive never been treated so rudely and ill never come back here. The guy taking our order was so irritated that we ordered more than one meal he was rushing us and soon as I asked for a different drink he laughed at us didnt give us our total and waved us through like he was beyond irritated. The guy at the widow wasn’t any nicer either he didnt even look at us.

I ordered a kid’s meal (5 ct Nugget). They forgot the 5 ct nuggets , but they provided the kid’s toy. I recommend that you check Noah’s before driving off. They focused on processing the ordered on set time.

Usually pretty good service but the past two times not so much. There is a girl somewhat newer who’s customer service is pretty subpar. The order was given correctly and got charged wrong. We had to wait and I was charged again. She never apologized for getting the order wrong and acted as though I had inconvenienced her. Something similar happened with the same worker on a different visit. Before these two encounters I never had a negative experience with any Chick-fil-A

Today was the 1st time I have ever had bad service. The young lady taking my order (Ana) at the store on Eubank in Albuquerque. She seem to not rcare about customer service, I asked her what I thought was a simple question. However, she just gave me the I’m not sure answer. I asked her if she could please find out, and sure enough what I was requesting was able to be done. I then waited for my food and watched when a bay came out to the counter which looked like what salads would come in and that’s what I ordered sat on the counter for about 10 minutes. Finally, another employee looked at the bag and said my name and it was my order that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. I checked my order and it was wrong, you could understand my frustration. Waiting that long and then it be wrong. I asked to speak to somebody a manager came. He made it right which I appreciated. I hope this young lady can get more training on how to deal with the menu items, and training on customer service and honestly just talking with people.

Food is good, if you really like it.. it’s my husbands fave place, not so much mine. Hee loved almost everything they have! Lol! I rate it this way, only because of that. Otherwise I think it’s a fine place to eat.

Ordered in the drive through line, received order and drove home, live outside of ABQ. Missing a chicken sandwich, so one of us was not having a chicken sandwich for dinner. Called store, the girl who answered said come back in to replace, but I said not doing a 60 mile round trip to pick up a chicken sandwich they did not put in the bag. Her attitude was, tough, guess your out of a $5 chicken sandwich. Miss when CFA had great customer service and pride in their work, now it’s just another fast food place, get you in, get you out and if there is a problem, well, that’s not there problem.

Very clean restaurant, fresh food, and friendly service. This Chick-fil-A location is very convenient, It’s nearby Costco and Home Depot at Central and Eubank. There is plenty of parking, and they offer both dine-in and drive-up service. You can order online as well. For kids, there is a kids’ menu as well as a play area. Highly recommend for a quick bite or even a delicious shake!

Normally I love Chick Fil A but I recently went in for dinner last week and it was all around a nightmare. After waiting in line for a little while It was my turn to order normally the staff is always polite, but not this time. The young lady that was my cashier barely was listening to me and was more concerned about the argument she was having with a middle ageed woman( another member of your staff). Your employees shouldn’t be chatting about non work related topics when you have a line and a customer in front of you. When I asked if she heard my order correctly she rolled her eyes and said I know how to do my job! Well when I got home it showed that she was not listening because my order which was rather large was all wrong the only thing that was right was the stupid waffle fries and my drink. By this time my kids were starving so we cut our losses and ordered pizza. What a waste of over $50. I will no longer be going to chick fil a!

This is the only location who will not make a frosted sweet tea. They refused to make one and then gave me attitude when I asked if I could get a sweet tea with no ice and an ice cream on the side to mix myself
