Ever since the Canes next door opened ive noticed a decline in customers hospitality, the service is still good but the smiles are not there like they used to be, friendliness is still there sometimes but its not as frequent as it was. The food is still made great tho, looks good and fresh. Parking lot is still clean and plentiful. Inside the restaurant is still clean and good atmosphere for the most part. I ordered a wrap and it was delicious as always along with a drink.

If you’ve ever been caught in a lunchtime rush, you know that a drive-thru experience can usually go one of two ways: a stressful crawl or a well-oiled machine. My recent visit to the Chick-fil-A on Coors was, hands down, the best drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I pulled into the lane, the energy was upbeat and professional. I was greeted by Chloe, who was absolutely fantastic. Even with a line of cars behind me, she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She was incredibly attentive, making sure my order was exactly right and maintaining a genuinely friendly attitude that you just don’t see everywhere. It’s clear she actually cares about the guest experience.
The seamless hand-off continued when I got to the window and met Chace. He was just as sharp and helpful. The real “hero moment,” though, happened right as I was about to pull away. I realized—with that sudden sinking feeling—that I had completely forgotten to ask for sauce! Before I could even finish explaining my blunder, Chace was already on it. He grabbed exactly what I needed right away without a second thought. It’s rare to leave a fast-food line feeling better than when you entered it, but this crew managed to make my day. If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, this Coors location is definitely the one to hit up. Huge thanks to Chace and Chloe for being so attentive and saving my meal with that last-minute sauce!

Normally this Chick-fil-A is great on my orders. Maybe it was too early, but severe communication issues today. I went through the drive through and ordered a “Classic Cup Spicy Sandwich Meal”. When I got to the window, it did not include the cup. I asked why that was, and the drive through indicated it doesn’t come with the meal and wasn’t on my order. I indicated i thought i ordered it with the cup (as it appears online) and she told me “online you have to order it a certain way, it tells you”. When i again informed that i ordered in line, and ordered it with the cup she again told me it doesn’t come with the meal. She then indicated she would need to go to a manager, and asked her “Is there a classic cup meal?” The manager also said yes, but that i have to order that specific meal. When i again said i did, she said i couldn’t get it for free. I dont know where the miscommunication was, as i asked how i should have ordered it since there clearly was a issue. I didn’t want it for free. After both workers accused me of lying, i indicated i wanted to the cup even if its a separate purchase. She then clarified i didnt order the cup (which again i did at the drive through). Finally they let me purchase it separately. I dont know what happened today, as it was clearly a communication issue, that could have been cleared up easily (oh she didnt ring it up that way, i can add it on) instead of accusing me of lying and trying to get things for free.

Chick-fil-A is amazing. They have amazing food. What can you say? However as usual, it is a very long wait. I definitely think they could use a better system. I love the Chick-fil-A mini super delicious a little pricey for the amount that you get but the bread on them is very good. In addition, the servers are very friendly. I’ve never had any issues with any of them. It’s just the wait. Good morning I don’t know it’s for my teacher my job. Thank you. Have a good day.

Girl literally handed me two milkshakes with open lids and spilt the whip cream and cherry coloring on my hand, pants, and seat. Literal lite could’ve gave me a drink holder or closed the lids. Usually don’t care but this was a joke. Do better CFA

Weirdest experience ever at a CFA. Went in and asked for code for restroom. We had been traveling a while and I needed to go before ordering. A woman acted miffed and gave me an incorrect 8 digit code. I tried over and over and an employee who was inside the restroom let me in. She gave me the correct code. But, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to potty because there were only 2 stalls and one employee in each stall. I finally went to order and holy cow have prices skyrocketed, or maybe it’s just ABQ prices are higher than AZ. The manager didn’t understand how to count change. It took him a few to understand his cash register was correct. Nice guy, though. Order finally arrived and a woman handed it to me and looked at my shirt, which had a coffee company logo on it and shouted, GO BRONCOS!! Everyone grew quiet and stared. It seriously was the weirdest Twilight Zone experience, ever, in a CFA. Then again, ABQ is kinda like a weird Twilight Zone experience. Giving it a 4 star because maybe this is normal here. I’m still laughing..

It seems almost impossible for a Chick fil a
employee to be rude because CFA is known for their super sweet employees , but today i was proved otherwise. The girl that took my order at the drive thru had the worst attitude , she was so rude , when i asked for CFA sauce she asked me how many … they had never asked that before . When I finished ordering , she didn’t even tell me my total , she just put the card reader in my face & waited for me to tap my card , Then I said thank you , & she said NOTHING . Not even “ my pleasure “ . Didn’t even tell me to have a good day , she literally stayed silent ..this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY chick fil a . I didn’t get her name but she was taking orders in the drive thru today around 10:50am she was probably in her early 30s.

Without fail, this location has missed items in my order every single time I’ve visited over the last six months. At this point, it’s worth driving across town to a different location just to ensure accuracy. The food is good, but the service is consistently unreliable.

Absolute garbage customer service. A waste of time. My time. Order was wrong. They struggled to correct it. Asked for a refund. I’m done with Chick Fil A and this horrific experience will be the last. This isn’t about a wrong order. I understand things happen. The rude aggressive manner in response to fixing the order is beyond exhausting.
