Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service is outstanding every time. The staff is friendly, polite, and incredibly efficient, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and orders are always accurate. Easily one of the best fast-food experiences around — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

We come to this location periodically and the food and service is always good. The parking lot and the wrap around line for the drive thru is pretty tight.

This Chick-fil-A has really fallen off. Haven’t been here in a while but when I came in today it was certainly underwhelming. The staff kinda seemed to busy for patrons and the food was not what I would expect from here. It all tasted fine but the chicken was mostly breading and was significantly smaller than what I remember.

This place never fails, always gets my orders how I want them, for example I asked for extra lettuce and double cheese and they even styled it to where it looks delicious. Also the milkshakes here are delicious and very real tasting. That milky flavor is always nice and unlike any other place. 10/10

The food here is usually great, and the atmosphere used to feel warm and friendly. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. In the drive-thru, one staff member—a blonde girl, with hair tied—told me to move my car to the back of the line. I’ll admit I may have pulled in at the wrong angle, but instead of helping me adjust, she simply stood in the way, forcing me to reverse quite a bit just to reposition my vehicle. It was disheartening to see that shift from the friendly service I was used to. I hope the staff can work on maintaining a more respectful attitude, because this experience was not a good one.

Ok so my wife my son and I came here for dinner, came straight from work. Sat down and ordered from the app and the rudest worker came and asked if we were going to eat here. She greeted and talked to everyone else nice and polite. She opened the blinds with that afternoon sun shining directly at us and kept checking our area not saying a word to us. She made the atmosphere unpleasant for us. She’s the grumpy old lady named Linda she was very hostile towards US specifically I watched her interactions towards the other people the whole time we ate. I’m real tired of people being so judgemental. It makes you not even want to leave the house anymore. Like we hardly ever go out as it is and people like your worker LINDA is why. We will not be returning to this specific Chick-fil-A as long as LINDA works there.

Food is always consistently made fresh and correctly. Service is great everytime! Its hard to say anything about this location. They can get quite busy, but even then the wait is short and food is fresh!

Great food, they may get some things mixed up because of how busy they are always but they fix it right away! I came inside for my food to go because of how long the drive through line always is but I don’t think it helped. I only got a kids meal, took forever but I just want to recognize the kind girl that helped me out personally. Rylee was so helpful and friendly checking me out, her and Alyson both frequently would check on all of the customers standing around any chance they got a second!

I am honestly just hurt by the audacity of this location tonight. I just spent $58.57 on a huge order—30 nuggets, a Cobb salad, Mac & Cheese, drinks, and specifically a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and 3 Large Fries.
For an order this size (nearly $60!), to receive exactly ONE packet of Texas Pete and ONE packet of ketchup is beyond disrespectful. It feels like a personal slight. How is anyone supposed to eat a Spicy Deluxe with a single packet of hot sauce? And one ketchup for three large fries? That math doesn’t even make sense.
I frequent this location often, but tonight was a massive letdown. I know other places might not “get it”—I once went to a Chick-fil-A in Cleveland, Ohio that had never even heard of Texas Pete (which was shocking enough)—but this is New Mexico. We know spicy. We love spicy. Giving a loyal customer a single hot sauce packet here is practically a crime.
Please retrain your employees on condiment portions. It’s such a small thing that ruins the entire meal. To be honest, with Dave’s Hot Chicken right down the street now, I actually opted for Chick-fil-A tonight out of loyalty, but after this level of disrespect, I might just go to Dave’s next time. Do better.
And just a little smirky side note: thank you for the extra fork in case we wanted to share the salad. I guess you guys figured we needed help splitting the lettuce, but couldn’t spare a second drop of sauce. It’s touching that you’d look out for our cutlery needs while rationing the flavor like it’s coming out of your own paycheck.

This location had amazing staff! We went at noon on a Friday and the staff was very polite and helpful. I was waiting for one staff member to finish up a shake for me, and with of the 2 minutes it took her to finish it, literally 4 staff members who saw me asked me if I had already been helped and if there was anything they could do for me! Great customer service and so friendly. I also saw a staff member throw away an elderly man’s garbage for him and he also came to our table and asked if we wanted a refill on our drink!
