This was the first chick-fil-A i went to that the customer service was bad! Usually there friendly and nice and so helpful. This time around they where rushing us and didn’t ask about drink orders for the kids meals. Didn’t give or ask about sauces and told me to pull up and wait while I was waiting people where honking because we where in the way but thats where the employees told us to park then had us move again and food took forever to come out. No one told us to have a good day or anything. My food was cold and wasn’t good. Team member on the tickets name is Epiphany that “helped us” at 10:47 am. Won’t be returning to this Chick-fil-A.

Very horrible customer service. All the young ladies working the front lines were being very rude to a gentleman working the drive thru orders alone. Was given the wrong order through the drive thru line, and went in to get it corrected, and was given horrible service by one individual while the rest of the workers stood around and let the gentleman get in trouble. Worker raised her voice for no reason and then would not let me explain that I had the wrong order. Did not get her name because she was wearing a jacket while working.

Went here earlier today and an employee was so rude to me. I just don’t understand it, I don’t understand why people act this way. I feel like it’s getting more and more common too. I ask a question because I was confused about something and you call me names? You call me a slur? In what world is that acceptable? Honestly like why would someone act like that? I don’t understand why people can’t just be nice? Maybe if I’d been thin, or white, or pretty he’d have been nicer to me but idk. When people come up to me at work I’m anyways nice regardless of what they look like. I certainly never call anyone names. It just makes me sad I feel like there is no where safe anymore.

Went this morning around 9:30am. Ordered #1 CFA Biscuit and added, egg, bacon and colby jack (try it it’s delicious!) Also ordered Egg White Grilled Muffin with colby jack cheese and bacon. Got our food pretty quick, problem is, it was bad. No egg in one sandwich, English muffin was burnt and two little chips of bacon’s, hashbrowns were soggy. We figured we’d just tolerate most of that, but husband wanted his egg. He went to the register to get the egg for his sandwich. Based on the discussion, he thought they were either giving him the egg or giving him another sandwich… but it wasn’t clear. Waited for about 5 mins… he decided to just eat the sandwich he was originally provided. Sucks but hey guess it’s just one of those days!

UPDATE: Husband asked for a refund on the sandwich, manager gave full refund of the meal. Added a star for service

When ordering I saw how dirty it was inside and wanted to cancel my order. Hasn’t had food all day so decided to just eat it. Cobb salad didn’t have egg on it as advertised. Super sucky to pay 27 for food and then not get it fresh or how it’s described . Then feel sick later. Should have gone to Canes next door. Employees were not even the usual friendly people you usually get from a chick fil a.

Terrible Food Handling!!! I order soup, opened my container and there was a melted piece of plastic in my soup the size of a hot sauce packet!. If this was in my soup I imagine it came out of the soup warming bowl they are serving everyone from. This whole batch of soup was probably contaminated with melted plastic particles. Not even worth going back for a new order when the whole batch was probably contaminated. Don’t go to this location. Poor food handling!!!!

They forgot half my order, I know I should have double checked but I was in a rush, so I was disappointed. And then my disappointment continued when I realized the chicken in the breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich which was the thinnest piece of chicken ever, seriously guys? I know shrinkflation exists but this was ridiculous; I wish I got a picture. Also the biscuit was tiny. I only ever treat myself to this once in a while, and it’s been a year or so now since I have had this and I swear it was half the size.

I am tempted to go back to get a picture of it… that’s if they get my order right…
